Over all professional and friendly. I was disappointed that they failed to mention the fuel sending unit and rear taillight on the Mercedes was damaged. The replaced older rims and mismatched tires was also,disappointing. The rims and tires I missed I'll take that but the tail light damage is only noticeable in certain light and the fuel,sending unit issue was only discovered the first fill up . My wife could have been left stranded. For the money I would have expected better product than the worked over vehicle I got.
