The ac /heating unit that was installed on 2-11- was not installed properly which we found out on 4-19-after contacting the Gas Co who told us we are lucky that no one died because it was not installed right tey issued a notice that we can noy use it until it is repaired the Company Lucky air has refused to fix it Now we must contact another company to repair the unit as its been really cold and there is children who live in the home

In preparation for winter, Mitch from Lucky Air checked out my yr old HVAC system that they installed Mitch was on time, professional, courteous and considerate of my home I appreciate the twice yearly service plan Lucky Air offers to keep my system in optimal condition

We called Lucky Air because of their support of UCR athletics, where my son worksIt was a good choiceThe pub were able to come within hours, identify the problem and resolve it within a total of minutesNo hard sell tactics and charged a reasonable price for the servicesI would definitely call them again
