Case # 11599075 Concerning the trailer for Ms. Martina [redacted] Attached you will find where Ms. [redacted] has brought her trailer to us on various work, also you will find the typed statements from the three employees at that location as well as copies of E-mails from Myself to Tina...

as recent as 8/3/16, we have asked several times for a copy of the invoice to where she said she took the trailer to get repaired after she left our establlshment , which we are yet to get, although we can't figure the fault we are willing to reimburse Ms. [redacted] for the repairs she said that she had to get done after she left out facility once we receive a copy of an Invoice, as far as the scratches on her trailer , we cannot see where the scratches were made at our facility, we have trailers come in & out of our bays daily and have never had a incident, these scratches were on the trailer when the trailer came in for service, the scratches looked to be aged as seen by that stores manager & service tech, & as you can see from the attachments, this trailer has had a blown tire & has had to have a fender replaced on the same side, we are not liable for the scratches , .. If there any questions fill free to call, Keith [redacted] #[redacted]
[redacted], .. . Thanks The trailer in question which belongs to a One [redacted], was brought into our service department on July, 14th 2016. The trailer was brought in for Issues with the brakes. Upon inspection she had burnt the braking assembly up. The seals in the hubs were also no long r any good as they had failed due to excessive abuse (in my opinion). We then replaced all four backing · lates and rear hub seals. At the time of pick-up we had to adjust the brakes up because they were ot engaging properly. Mrs. [redacted] was told that after the trailer had been driven and the brakes usecl s me that they would more than likely need to be re adjusted as the brakes would most likely begin to seat themselves and might be tight. She at that point was ok with it and took the trailer. As far as the scratches on her trailer I asked her about them being as we had recently put a new fender on the same side (curb side) just a couple months ago. Mrs. [redacted] then egan to tell me about a neighbors trees/bushes that Impede the narrow road she lives on and she had side swiped them to avoid another car recently. The scratches were under a heavy layer of dust and irt which to myself indicates that It had happened a fair time ago. The theory of her trailer being da aged at our facility did not arrive until after she had taken the trailer home ancl washed the dirt away. I received a text message from Mrs. [redacted] on Saturday July 15th 2016 that I had left a tool from our shop I her truck. So the next day I went to the [redacted]'s residence to retrieve the tool and this is when the scr tch theory took place . I sp a> ke with her briefly and as she told me her side of this I explained to her that t did not happen in in our shop, that If it had happened even close to how she is claiming that it would have been much worse . Her first theory of it happening while going In or out oft he shop would have act ally left marks up the entire height of the trailer and more than likely ripped the aluminum skin and t rn the fender off. And her second theory of a vehicle "side swiping" the trailer would have also donq a remendous amount more damage and been higher up the trailer. So as I left the [redacted]'s home I observed the neighbors Trees/bushes that she had ranted about and the trees look to me to be the culp it for the damage on the side of her trailer. Sincerely,
