I am writing in response to the above-mentioned complaint We have looked into Ms [redacted] 's claims and it appears that due to a processing issue, we were unable to fulfill Ms [redacted] 's order Due to this, Ms [redacted] order was completely cancelled on October 24, Ms [redacted] 's check in the amount of$was removed from our deposit schedule and was destroyed for her protection We will be unable to provide Ms [redacted] with a refund as requested in her complaint because her check was never deposited If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me

As for scaling the weight of the product before putting sauce, the customers must tell them to do so; otherwise, they would deliberately weigh the products with a lot of sauce to generate more profit This is done right before the eyes of the customers Regards,

I purchased a two year subscription to [redacted] through a college that was going door to door selling subscriptions to earn money for a trip to Spain Immediately, I began to receive notifications that my subscription from this magazine was set to expire, and that I needed to renew I called [redacted] ***, who told me that this company only paid for one year effective January 1, 2014, and not the two years that I paid forI was informed by [redacted] that they did not have anything to do with outside orders, and I was then given a different telephone number for [redacted] who then gave me another contact that was only available through a website owned by Explorer Communications, [redacted] The only support offered by this website is to fill in a form and hope that they will return your emailAfter completing this form,and clicking on the send button, a window popped up stating that they were unable to process my request I began the process over, and over againI am not searching the website, " Get Human", hoping to find a way to contact this company Bottom line? NEVER do business with any company of this type

I received the check then when I deposited the check the company did not have the funds in their account so that check now has cost me in fees plus I never got the now I feel the company owes me in a cashier check because they do not have the funds to cover the checks they send out

Thank you I received Ck *** dated 2/20/(interesting date) in the amount for $77.00. As I indicated in my last e-mail I want to returned the three books I received because of all the reasons I mentioned in that e-mailed. Most of all because the books are not worth the amount they charge for them nor the addition $for each book for shipping nor are they what they were represented to be.
