Missing order after credit card charged and giving runaround as of 12/23/13 that would send and havent' and won't return calls or emails.As of 1/7/14, I still have not recieved the new tracking order number of the missing pair of 1 Ray Ban Aviator 3026- Silver frame with mirror lens 62 mm(62mm) @ $53.99 = $53.99 that I ordered on 12/18/13. I ordered 2 pair, and I received one 1 Ray Ban Aviator 3026- Gold Frame with Brown Lens- 62 mm@ $53.99 = $53.99, I was charged $113.96 total on my credit card and then the order was shipped with only 1 pair, I called and emailed right away, the customer service got back to me on 12/24/13 apologizing and said they would send out right away and would send me the new tracking number and now its 1/7/14 and still haven't received that tracking number nor have I received a call back after numerous phone calls to customer service and emails to customer service, this has now become theft as I did not receive my complete order and my credit card was charged for 2 pair. I have sent a text to this phone and I get back I will check on your order and still nothing. I would like my order shipped since I promised my brother he would be getting his Christmas present as they were shipping it right away and here is is 3 weeks later.Desired SettlementI would like my order since that is what I promised my brother since it was suppose to be his Christmas present like the ones I did receive were for my sister, if they can't satisfy that then I want my refund.

He assured me that these were in fact "100% authentic"[redacted]... they were not. So, I subsequently filed a complaint via[redacted] after receiving the knock-off pair of[redacted] instructed that a refund would be issued once I return the glasses with proof of delivery via[redacted]... which I did. My original purchase cost was refunded, but as of date, my return postage cost of $5.35 has not been refunded. Lucky Bear Shades' website boosts that they have the best return policy on the Internet... which reads: "If you don't like your item, for any reason whatsoever, simply return it to us and we will refund you 100% plus your return shipping costs. No questions asked!!" But as of date, I have not gotten my return postage cost refunded. On May 19th I wrote him directly via e-mail, which he responded with - "I will get it to you. Out of town at the moment. Will get this to you tomorrow afternoon. Thanks again for your patience." And still, nothing.Desired SettlementI just want the return shipping cost of $5.35 refunded back to me as promised/guaranteed by this company.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses almost 2 months ago and never received it. I tried to contact customer service repeatedly and received no response.I ordered a pair of [redacted] 3026 sunglasses on July 4th, 2014, with the order number 845. I paid with a credit card at the time of the online purchase. I have been now waiting for almost two months for the sunglasses. Throughout the two months, I have tried calling customer service and I get no answer. I also have repeatedly tried emailing customer service, but I also get no response. This has forced me to believe that this is a fraudulent business. I have asked for the money I paid to be refunded and I have asked for tracking numbers for the shipment, and I have gotten no response at all.Desired SettlementI either want a refund for the amount I paid for the sunglasses I ordered or I want the sunglasses delivered to my new school address.

I Bought 1[redacted] Sunglasses 2 months ago that never were delivered.No reply to emails and website is down. The order ID I received from the online store was #852. I have emailed several times [redacted]@rocketmail.com and only received one mail saying that they whould send a tracking number as soon as the item was shiped wich never happened. The website is down for maintenanceDesired SettlementI will accept lucky bear shades to still send the sunglasees. in the past I bought the same model and everything went fine so I did not expect this situation. Ordered and paid for sunglasses. Did not receive them, but was charged anyway.June 22, 2014 I ordered[redacted] 3026 silver frame 62 mm mirror sunglasses. I waited patiently for a good month before trying to contact them. I called the number a few times with no answer. There was no answering machine to leave a message. When I tried to contact them through their websiteI coincidentally was having "maintenance issues." That was last July, August, September, etc. I finally was able to leave a message today, almost 8 months after my $56.98 purchase. I placed an order with this company online on August 19, 2013. I never received tracking information for my purchase so I emailed the address that is listed on their website ([redacted]). I received an email that night saying that my purchase should be shipped the next morning. By the next week, I still had not received anything. I called, got no answer, so I left a message. Still never heard anything back. I emailed and never received a response. I left a message on their website stating that I need tracking information as to when my purchase was shipped and when I should receive it. Still no response. Last week, I sent an email stating that if I did not hear anything from them in 24 hours, that I would be filing a complaint. They have already taken the money from my account but I have not received anything. They also have a FB that looks like there are other customers that have not received their purchases either. Business Response To our knowledge we have never received any information from this customer regarding a shipment that was not received. We are certain that the item was shipped however we are unable to locate the tracking number at this time (we accept responsibility for this). We will immediately refund the customers money as we are unable to prove that the item was shipped/received. Once again, we have received no communication from this customer until now regarding this complaint. We pride ourselves on customer service and will be happy to refund this money now. Thank you!
