Lucky Blind's Shutter's

One of the window blinds with solar system is not working since the very first day.
They installed 3 window blinds with solar system and since the beginning one of them was not working properly. They took it and "fixed" it, but next day it was not working. I immediately called and one employee answer and assure me that he will give them the message. After not receiving any answer back, I continued calling with no success, always an answering machine (I left several voice messages). I also send them text messages to their phone number as well as message directly to their website. Once they received the full payment, they disappear and are ignoring my request to honor the warranty.
