Review: Dropped off two heavy sweaters to be dry cleaned At Lucky Cleaners. After picking up the two sweaters. Didn't wear the sweaters until 10/29/14. Tried one sweater on and it was two sizes bigger. It went from a large to XXL. Tried the second sweater on and the same thing way to big. Both are stretch real bad. Can't wear either sweater. Went to Lucky Cleaners to see what happened and if anything could be done. Was treated with hostility and insults. I was called dishonest, a crook, a person of greed. Trying to rip them off. That those were not the two sweaters I had brought in. Her and her husband then spoke in their native language. Then the lady proceeded to scream at me to get out and that I wasn't going to rip them off. I do not remember the date that I dropped off and picked the sweaters. I called Lucky Cleaners to get the dates. Again the lady mouthed off to me calling me dishonest and a crook. She would not give me the dates and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like the two sweaters replaced

Review: 7/13/2013 I paid $58.00 to have my suit cleaned. I returned on 7/25/2013 to pick up my suit however the owner [redacted] stated that I didn't pay and is refusing to give me my garment back.Desired Settlement: I would like for my suit to be returned to me ASAP
