On December 20, 2018 I dropped my necklace off at lucky for repair . I originally bought this necklace for my boyfriend on March 3, 2017 . When I sent my boyfriend to pick it up on January 2, 2019 he was told by lucky that it was lost & that they had to spend time finding it , maybe it was with another repair guy or in their warehouse. Once I got the news I told my boyfriend to go back & get a person number or something cause this is ridiculous! When my boyfriend tried to re-enter Lucky's shop he was escorted off the premises for no reason . I called lucky myself & he gave me a personal contact number we have several messages about the lost of the necklace. He asked for a picture of the necklace, which I thought was very strange . I even still have my repair ticket . So this time I travel from my home in Athens back to lucky diamond & co . When I got there he was a no show I started to call him no answer so I asked the guy if they have it ? he brings it up front & it's another necklace not mines !!! I show the guy pictures & he says 'yeah that's not? . It's in the back I can find it . he comes back & says give me one more day to look . & even when I tried to call their business today my number is blocked

This customer had bought her boyfriends chain to get it fixed with us on 20 december 2018, on 2 nd of Jan 2019 they came back to picked it up but that time her chain and lot of our other repairs where with the jeweler at a warehouse bcoz it was the busy season and jeweler was bzy and most of the repairs where on hold, and we have told them we got to get it from the warehouse.
and when the next time they came in we gave them their chain but this time they say that its not his chain. But thats the same chain we suppose to fix for them.

I know the size of my necklace I also have pictures of it . The necklace they tried to give me back wasn't mine & In actuality when I tried to take a picture his employee Ahmad told me no if I wasn't going to accept this necklace I couldn't take a picture of it . My original necklace had been broken in total of 3 times . If you look at the pictures below you still see this necklace has only been fixed once .
