I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***Over the course of the past year I had moved into a new residence and some paperwork was damaged in that process. If I had the information on file as they are stating, then I would not be requesting this information to be providedI have a legal right to this information, regardless of any outstanding balanceI was given a notice for an outstanding balance in which was paid in fullThe additional amount added the following week was towards the week of care that my child did NOT receive due to unsatisfactory care being provided. Therefore, this is irrelevant to the situation at handTwo calls were extended in which I reached a live person on the phone and was denied both times per my requestMy calls were screened moving forwardI have witnesses at my place of work that can attest to the conversation that took placeThus resulting in my complaintAll that I am asking for is the tax ID number and the amount that WAS paid for the year I should not be subjected to illegal actions due to personal discriminations the business is portrayingIf not resolved accordingly, I will pursue legal actionRegards, *** ***
