Review: Company keeps calling my work (since October 2015 until today) saying that I owe them $303 from 2008. I have asked them repeatedly to email me a copy of the invoice that they say I owe them money for and they have failed to do so. The company leaves messages on other extensions stating the same thing. Bead a Licious, which was closed in 2013, purchased pearls from this company prior to 2008 and it was always paid via credit card and/or COD. Bead a Licious and/or I never had a credit account with this company. Bead a Licious., by and through me, stopped purchasing pearls from Lucky Gems in 2008 because they would send additional items that I did not order and would get stuck paying for as the order was charged to my credit card and or sent COD.

Bead a Licious closed for business in 2013 and did not receive any calls regarding this purported debt. Beginning in October 2015, I as well as my coworkers at the law firm that I work at began receiving calls and messages from Lucky Gems stating that I and my coworkers owe them $303. The law firm never purchased anything from this company, yet they continue to leave messages on all extensions saying that we owe them $303. This is harassment and violates the Federal Debt Collection Act.Desired Settlement: Cease and desist harassment.
