Review: On July 6, 2014 [redacted] June from Lucky Key Photography was hired to take our family portraits. Payment was made for this session using a gift card which covered the total cost. A couple of weeks after the session I followed up with [redacted] to see when we would be recieving our disc of photos. She ignored several of my calls and messages and finally she responded simply stating " your photo's are in the mail". Two weeks later on August 8, 2014 we still hadnt recieved our photos. I called [redacted], and again no answer or call back. She texted me back this time stating that Quote "Sorry been moving had no time to breathe your CD is getting overnighted on Monday". I waited until weds Aug 13, 2014 and still no disc. I called [redacted] again and no reply or response. I recieved a text from her 5 days later stating, quote "your photos are in the mail". It is now nearly 2 months since we have taken our family photos and have still not recieved our disc. I have called [redacted] numerous times and have recieved no call back. The one time she did answer my call was when I called from a different phone number and when I asked her what was going on she said that she supposedly mailed the disc out over a week ago. She said that she would contact UPS and see what was going on and let me know. Its now another week and I still have not heard back from her and she continues to ignore my calls. These photos were supposed to be special keepsakes for my family and babys 8 month photos and instead its been nothing but a stressful situation. I have texted [redacted] stating that we would like to pick up a new disc from her and I recieved no response from her.Desired Settlement: I would like a disc of the photos taken from our session.
