Review: I had photos taken of my son in June 2012. After receiving proofs online I placed a order and paid the full balance upfront for the following: photos, CD images, "storyboard", two photo canvases, and a black photo album. I received the photos & CD images on Dec. 5th, 2012. One of the images on the CD was corrupt. I tried to email, text, and call to have this image emailed to me. I received no response. I was told in December 2012. Also, on Dec. 5th I was told that I should receive the two canvases, "storyboard", and photo album in a week. I never received these items. I recontacted the photographer on Jan 23rd 2013. She said that she reordered and I should have them in one week. I still have not received the items as of March 2013. I have offered to pick the items up or receive a refund in early Feb 2013. I have continued to contact her via text, email, and phone through March 2013 with no contact from her since Jan 23rd 2013.I also continued to contact photographer in mid January about the corrupt disc image. She said that she would take care of it on Jan. 19th. I still have not received the corrupt digital image via email.Desired Settlement: I would like the items which I paid for or a refund.

Review: On Saturday, July 14, 2012, I had professional boudoir photos taken by Sandy Wagerman. Her business was called [redacted] Photography - which has now since then been closed down [no website available, no [redacted] page, etc.]. I signed a contract and paid her in full for the hotel room, hair and make up and one hour photo session. Many weeks (longer than expected) after the photo shoot she sent me numerous proofs and I selected my favorites for an album I purchased. This album was reduced after time, because of the delay in getting the proofs to me in a timely fashion. The total cost of the album was $218.00 and I paid in full on September 13, 2012. It is now May 24th 2013 and I have not received my album yet. In addition, Sandy has ignored all emails and messages sent to me over the past 8 months. She told me I would receive the album by October, the only time she responded to any of my messages was around Thanksgiving in 2012 when she said the album was back ordered and would be sent out once they arrived, which I presumed to be before the end of 2012. I never received anymore form of updates or emails/calls from Sandy and I kept contacting her until February 23 of 2013 when she simply responded to an email with 'mailing them out today'. That was the last form of communication I received from her and the last two emails were sent requesting any and all information regarding the status of my order OR when I could expect to receive at least a refund for the album I never received. I did tell her I had no choice but to pursue legal action when I contacted her on April 15, 2013.Desired Settlement: At this point I want more than for her to finish the job.

I want an explanation as to why she felt the need to blatantly ignore me and refuse to keep me informed on why I was not receiving my album or a refund for over eight months.

I deserve to be compensated; if I do not receive my pictures I would like more than the $218.00 back for the album, as I have paid her a total of $500+ for services that were never completed. I had a great session with her, but without actually receiving any pictures and dealing with the lack of professionalism, I feel my $300 initial fee was quite pointless. Anything less than $500 refunded back to me is unacceptable.

Last, but certainly not least, I want an apology for close to an entire year of dealing with the utmost despicable form of customer service I have ever encountered. Regardless of personal or financial affairs, as a professional, she should have never let me go so long without proper forms of updates or information. She should not own a business if this is how she operates.

Review: [redacted] of Lucky Ladybug Photography did not deliver my photo canvas that was $300 plus 6% tax. I had a large order that she filled except the canvas which she wrote on the package would come in "7 days." This was in December 2012. Since then I've tried to email her, Fb message her, and call her to get the canvas. She wouldn't respond by email, and then locked her Fb to messaging. Once she answered the phone, which was when I received the other items. Now she does not pick up the phone. In May 2014 I sent her a letter to the address I have on the original invoice along with a copy of the invoice requesting that she either send the canvas or the refund of $318 for the canvas and tax.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $318 for the photo canvas that I have not received.
