Terrible Parts
My mechanic bought a replacement engine from them for my car... I can't drive it more than 50 miles without the "Check Engine" light coming on again and again. Now it is barely running - it coughs and spits. I don't trust the engine to carry my family around. The engine has NEVER worked right, my mechanic says they won't honor their warranty. BBB has them rated as 2.35 out of 5

To whom it may concern; I am writing in responds to a formal complaint that has been filed through your company, reference number [redacted] .Our company policy states as follows "PARTS SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT TIME OF ARRIVALNO REFUNDS/ RETURNS AFTER DAYS OF ARRIVAL/ RESTOCKING FEE OF **%ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE SOLD AS IS” and is written on all invoices and work orders that are signed by the customer upon delivering the part On this particular case on [redacted] invoice number ***Arts Automotive Inc had ordered a wheel for a [redacted] ***Upon delivery, the person inspecting the part accepted the wheel in the condition it was and signed the work order formI have attached a signed copy of the original invoiceA gentleman called [redacted] informed us on [redacted] that the wheel that was delivered to him looked very similar to what he was looking for but it was slightly differentWe had informed him of our return policy, and was not satisfy with the terms and conditionOn [redacted] ***, we picked up the wheel and refunded back [redacted] via checkA **% re-stocking fee was assessedOriginal purchase amount was [redacted] with a [redacted] delivery charge When the part was brought back to our facility, it was then re-inspected by our warehouse manager, that realized it was inventory in-correctlyIt was supposed to be inventory in [redacted] ***We didn't inspect the part back in till about days after recovering it backAnd the customer had already done a bad review on googleBut we have sent out a check on the amount of [redacted] For the [redacted] delivery fee and the **% re-stocking feeWe apologize for any inconvenience and are here for any further questions and hope we can settle this with a positive outcome.We always taken care our customers and willing to negotiate, nothing is more important than our customers and our Top priority is our customer satisfaction [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted]

Hamid called from the business and stated that a refund for the shipping would be processed and issued back to the Mr***Hamid stated that the refund could take up to days to fully process back into Mr***'s accountHamid mention that he has also reached out to Mr [redacted] to inform him of the refund
