On August 13, 2018 at 1:47:57 pm I purchased a *** brand Hydro Pro goggles and snorkle for $25.49 (with tax $28.54 can.. The purchase policy was disclosed on the bottom of the receipt only after the credit card payment was made (we discovered this later on the same day when attempting to return this item). Later, when I attempted to adjust the goggle straps to fit my head size, I succe3eded with the left side but the retainer for the strap on the right side broke when attempting to lenghten it. Later during the same day around 4pm we returned to the store to obtain a refund at which time the owner/merchand refused citing the return policy on the bottom of the receipt - No returns, 7 day exchange only, With receipt and in new condition
Mr.Campbell regarding goggles he had purchased from our store, Lucky Loonies. Our policy is clearly stated at the bottom of the rreceipt. We are willing to do an exchange only for Mr Campbell.
I am rejecting this response because:The item I purchased was defective in that it it broke when attempting to adjust the strap. I would gladly accept an exchange tang other reason such as changing my mind about not wanting the product. The other reason I reject their offer is that their policy written on the receipt is disclosed after the purchase is made.
