$servicesStill acting in a belligerent manner the Manager Ms *** *** called the policeThe client waited with the Manager for the Sparks police to arriveOnce the police arrived both side gave their cases to the officerThe officer left the business and during this time one the clients husband shows up and begins to demand that he be listened toMs *** *** asked him to leave several times and when he became violently belligerent himself Ms *** walked up to him and again asked him to leaveAt this point he put his hand on her chestMs *** informed this man that he was to remove his hand from her chest at onceThey were informed at this time that their service would be written off and they owed nothingThe three of them left the salon threatening physical violence to Ms *** ***Still the Sparks police officer was no where to be foundAnother man called on the phone and stated he purchased the gift certificates a year earlier, Ms *** *** explained to this person that we were not charging his family members and that according to him and the three in the salon he purchased $in gift cards, Ms *** explained the service total was $but we didn't want anything more to do with themAgain the Belligerent man and woman came back into the salonThis man was demanding Ms *** ***'s picture and business card*** *** grabbed the phone in the mans hand and again told him to leave the salonThe woman tried coming up behind Ms *** and began to approach her in a threatening mannerMs *** took no action to this woman except to step out of the wayAt this point the man threatened Ms *** again stating his was going to break her jawMs *** said to all of them to stay out and never return

They are liars First off, Ms***e is a large male/guy, dressed in women's clothing (a Crossdresser) Is this not true? Mr***e (he is a guy) did grab my phone (which is illegal) and did try to grab my grab my wife's phone out of her hand When HE shoved his body into my wife, I did warn him that if he placed any further physical violence on my wife, that I would protect her from any further assault by putting an immediate stop to it As stated in the original complaint, these gift cards were purchased by an out of state family member via telephone and they sent him a photocopy of the gift cards, along with the transaction receiptLucky Star told the purchaser, this is photocopy is what was to be used for service They NEVER sent the purchaser any Hard gift cards to use, NEVER When my wife and daughter arrived they showed this photocopy to the receptionist prior to service and were told that this could be used This would be evidenced on their salon surveillance cameras, which Lucky Star refused to show the police, as requested by both my wife and daughter After service was completed, they tried to rip off my wife, daughter and family member by trying to charge, when the gift cards were already paid for and prior to service okayed by Lucky Star to use They also threatened to rip the nails off of my wife's fingers if she did not pay, when they refused to honor the previously purchased and pre-approved gift cards prior to service

After reading the vociferate from a intellectually impaired person, the position of Lucky Star Nails and Spa remain the sameResponse to such vociferation's will not be forthcoming
Not presenting valid gift cards or serial numbers
Becoming disturbing and belligerent
Acting in a threatening manner towards employees
Threatening physical violence towards employees
Discovery that $worth of gift card sales were made by a disgruntled employee over the phone on the date mentioned
Receptionist explained the copy presented must be verified by the manager

Below is cut and paste of email response I wrote via cell phone, correcting typo of 120-pounds to 220-pounds
Revdex.com website still shows typo of 120-pounds, instead of the corrected 220-pounds

Typo in response dated 01/08/18, response number #Ms*** is actually a MALE who weighs in my opinion approximately 220-poundsTypo on previous weight typed in via my cell phone
