First when you goto purchase the page for checkout is designed to scam the consumer through methods1st is it puts any coupon code you write in green as if it accepted it2nd it puts your total at the very top and submit order on the very bottomThere is no confirmation page just direct charge your cardNow when you have an issue with there check out wrong charge etcThere is no real way to get ahold of themIt's whenever they feel like respondingThey intentionally wait to respond til after boxes have shipped to say sorry we can't help youI specifically faced forms of consumer fraud over the course of my trying to cancel subscriptionsThe best part we made video of us opening the boxes to find out they only contained half of what they should contain from the notecardThey don't care, they won't send you what they owe youThey just constantly lie and deny proof and reality of the factsYou could have a witness all recording video and they will call all of them a liar cause its impossible for them to short you when of there staff pack it by hand Oh and youd think you can cancel your account in your settingsWRONG, You can goto your account and click cancel and it says your cancelledbut guess what? It isn't cancelled til you get ahold of customer support which most likely will be through Facebook cause there phone is never answered and they lie repeatedly and say they don't receive just your emails(WE TESTED THIS WITH PEOPLE, ALL PEOPLE WERE TOLD THEIR EMAIL WAS NOT RECEIVED AT ALL but they had everyone else's emailed answered even tho they had just told several others the same lie)
So please be very careful in my opinion given the facts of my experiences and everything this is almost identical to when tackle grab went out of business and schemed to get as many subscriptions before they chapter 7'dBe very careful cause if your one of the unlucky ones lucky tackle box doesn't care and will just keep charging you

Got my first box shipped a few months ago. Arrived about 3 days later, way sooner than I expected and I love it. Not only do I save money but I also get to try a few baits that I never would have before. I was missing a bait once and contacted support and they sent it out immediately. Great box and very nice staff.

Great boxes every month! Very fast responses to any questions I may of had. I have no problem buying anything from them at all. Thanks LTB

This has to be the worst monthly subscription service I have ever been a part of. I started out paying on the first day of the month not realizing I would not get a box till next month. Once I contacted customer service I was fine with that explanation. At the end of the same month I was charged again. I contacted them and again they assured me that it was the normal for their subscription. I was not happy paying for 2 boxes and still not having one in hand but I decided to give it a month or so and see how it went. I received July's box no problem but at the end of the month they tried to charge me a 3rd time. I did not have the money on the card so it was denied. Customer service contacted me and said if I wanted the box I could renew payment and receive the August box, if not it would be late because "the computer system automatically adjusts based on current payment even if you are still owed a box." So I renewed and received my box on last day of August. I then cancelled my subscription after they billed me in September 1st. I just now on October 12th received my september box and they still owe me one! Who knows if I'll ever see it. I have records of 7 times contacting customer service and every time they blame "their system" well it seems someone needs a new one then!
