I am rejecting this response because first of all when I entered the contract it stated what I would be paying a certain amount and nothing moreI didn't hear from them for three weeks then they decided that they wanted to charge me another $1,I looked on line after they requested the money and saw that all the homes were now rented and I had no choice but to rent with themI talked them into $instead of the $1,moreThey agreed although I thought I shouldn't be paying more since it was a contractI didn't realize that they could raise the rate at any time along with kicking me outEven so, I said I would pay the $since I had no where else to go and needed to get out of Tucson in the humidity of July and AugustI explained my reaction to them, it was like this: Is was as if I accepted their property and then decided that I wanted a swimming pool and called and told them they needed to put one in before I cameNever mind that I knew they didn't have one because I decided they should have one. I asked Bill why they upped the rates and they said because they wanted more money even though I had signed a contractLater they said they didn't have pricing inThat wasn't my fault! A deal is a deal or it should beWhy does it take three weeks to tell me this? From what they are saying they can raise the rates when ever they wantIt sound like fraud to me or bait and switch. Where I come from in Chicago this is against the lawThey only way you can get out of a contract is die and be broke so they can't go after your estatePeople need to know that this company doesn't care about anyoneonly the moneyIf they can get it out of you they will. I was nothing but civil to Bill I never hung up on him but did tell him that the Revdex.com wanted to put me on T.Vsince they did ask meI didn't want to do it while I was renting the house. He was very happy that I wasn't going on T.VEverything seemed fine until September 18, when I got up to find my rental was cancelled through my emailIt was interesting though, I called VRBO and they said it wasn't cancelledThey said he was working outside of the websiteI called Lucky Vacation's office to find out that it was indeed cancelledThey refused to talk to me. After the girl put me on hold, she said no one was in the office.I am now working with Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals and they are very nice to work withNo bait and switch and a contract is a contractMore people should be like this.I was never told that the rates could be changed or they weren't pricing until three weeks after the factPeople need to be aware of the con-artists in the gameThere should a law against thisI was told I would get my money back and I hope they are right.

a reservation with us on August 3rd of this year We had not at that time finished our pricingThe changes were made before the end of August. Phone Calls We called Ms *** and told her of the changesShe said that's fine go ahead and charge my credit cardSend me a new transaction showing the changes Ms *** called back and said that she was upset that the charges were more than what she originally paidI asked her if we could remedy the situationShe said no she was going to call the Revdex.com, the newspaper and the TV station to report our wrong doingShe then also said she wanted to pay no more than she originally paid and hung up She then called back and stated we had her over a barrelI explained to her that we wanted to resolve the issueShe said howI asked her if we met her halfway if that would be enoughShe was very happy and said that would be fineWe both hung and our company felt we had made an amicable resolution Ms *** called back again and stated that she was not going to pay anymore than she originally did and was going to the media When a guest pays us a deposit or puts any money down on a rental they have entered an agreement with us as the attached terms and conditions showOur web platforms all say: " We reserve the right to change pricing without noticePricing does not include tax, options and fees." "Rates are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to cancel at anytimePricing excludes taxes, additional options and fees." And so on We simply did not have the rates in before Ms*** booked her reservationWe are still interested in making her reservation goodWe feel we have met her halfway and then some Terms and Conditions Have a great day!
