The owner is very inexperienced and has a helper that has NO carpentry experienceTypical situation where the contractor doesn't show up certain days, didn't finish the job on time, did very poor quality work, didn't want to finish certain aspects of the job that he were in the contractThe owner ended up leaving the job and threatening to sue meHe did contact his lawyer and I ended up agreeing to pay a certain amount to avoid small claims courtJust a nightmare! I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! I should have been more leery when he asked for half down up front and had me sign a contractI've learned my lesson but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went throughI ended up finishing/fixing the job with *** ***, they are professional, experienced and do a quality job!
