dedicatedmanager on duty at all times, not a bartender/manager but a dedicated manager on the floor at alltimes to address any customer issues that may arise immediatelyIn response to her first claim aboutthe restroom incident any such behavior is never tolerated and would be taken very serious by allpersonnelShe claims there was nothing we could do because she was told by a bartender we didn'thave security cameras to view the incidentThis is not correct, we have cameras on premise and allstaff members are aware of themMrs*** second claim about the pool table, I unablesubstantiate as well without a specific date or personnel involvedAll pool tables are assigned by abartender or manager and given to the server in charge of that sectionAfter a table has been assignedto a server the bartender is no longer involvedThe server serving that section takes care of all patrons.If there was a issue, the server assigned to too the pool section would immediately take care of it or getthe manager on duty to address itEvery pool player is assigned a specific table and server, youjust get on any table you wishOn Mrs*** final claim she was "cut off" by the bartender, I can notspecifically address this either without a specific date or bartender involvedI will say we do take veryseriously our responsibility not to over serve patronsAll bartenders/servers must take and pass aalcohol serving classWe have patrons walking through the door all night, there isn't any way ofknowing where they have been prior or what they might of consumed earlierThe staff is trained towatch for certain signs and behavior exhibited by the customerOnce a customer exhibits such behaviorthe customer is no longer served and is offered a free cab ride home or a friend or relative is contactedto come get them home safelyOnce a bartender has made that call, there is no debate between patronand bartenderThe decision can not be overridden by even the manager on dutyBartender's decision isalways finalI hope this clears up MrsBurgess's inquiry about our serving policyIn the future, anyconcerns Mrs*** may have about service she has received, please inform the manager on dutyimmediately so they can be satisfactorily addressed
