Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The business's response is inaccurateI made repeated attempts to communicate with the business owner and received no replyThe business owner was supplied with two phone numbers and two email addresses to ensure he could reach someone at any time, even during a family emergency I had in the month of JuneThroughout, the communication from the owner was unprofessional, and often vague texts were used to answer complex questionsMost of our concerns were left unansweredA contract was set for July 3rd, a deposit check was immediately mailed to add to the one given one year earlierPaper plans were given to the owner in late May, and the owner walked through the house with us twice (taking no notes during that time), to determine locations and specsThe job was not started on timeTwo weeks after the planned start date, owner emailed with a request for plans, which were immediately emailed to him, as well as another request to meet him at the houseNo replyFinally, a meeting was scheduled for July 27th, but at the last minute the owner claimed he was in meetings and couldn't make itHe stated "just draw them on the floor and we'll rock this one." I discovered that day that this plumbing business did not apply for and receive the required permits for this job, so the work done is likely to be removed and a new job started from scratch with permitsI am concerned that this business owner neglected to pull permits (the original deposit was given to cover the cost of permitting), and will be following up with that as well Regards, [redacted]

I understand your upset because the process of our first construction indevor is extremely difficult but it's not the plumbers responsibly to run your jon!!!!!! The state plumbing inspector has been to the site with you, he validated it as to code and he and I have spoken before hand the permits in place are not the issue because I have spoken with the inspector ahead of timeIf you wish to go to court that's fineI have all my invoicing and labor hours and all our conversations documented and I would be happy to settle this that sayPosting on Revdex.com is not going to help you finish the jobYou have months of work left and no insulation in the walls hence our "rough in "strangeSo the fact you though you where going to move in without an occupancy inspection just means you are not in full understanding of the job processIs be happy to help in any way like I have said beforeHabe a great day

AgainWe roughed it in per the plans (hand drawn) and asked for info.orstion about locationsCalling you in Canada while I'm asking questions regsurding the job and your prints makes it difficult to finish HENCE we waiting till you returned The state may not have your permits finalized but are aware of the jobBeing a licensed plumber with the state doing many permit required jobs I believe I'm 100% aware of what's needed by me for the state and for my inspection done by the state for the rough inThis communication issue is why a contractor with constuction knowlege would have been a gokd investment on your behalfThank you Im sorry this did not work for you with luckys p&hIf we could have had a civil conversation about we needed from you in order to your compete the project it would have been done by now

I do not live in CanadaI live in Barre, minutes' drive from the house in questionMy Barre phone number and my email addresses were given to you on more than one occasionThe excuse that I was not available for answers or anything in limbo is completely falseMy emails were most often left unanswered and requests for meetings ignoredThis exchange within Revdex.com hosting is the only prompt communication I have receivedI would have, and still do, prefer an amicable solution to these issues .Permits are in question, and will be handled outside this venue. I'm sorry that your schedule did not work outWe have you every opportunity to give us specs for rough ins and locations of fixturesWe cannot finish a job that was not properly planned out and has limited to no communication The job was for $plus dollars and a 50% deposit was
paidWe have roughed in the project 90% bit could not finish without more information Again my appologies for any inconvenience but as a plumbing contractor I cannot assume on fixtures and locations for youIn the future I would strongly suggest hiring a contractor to handle those aspects of construction
