Lucky's Supermarket

The cashiers at store 736 has a very bad customer service.
I went today and I been waiting in the line around ten minutes. another cashier did open and she did asked with strange behavior to go to her line. She said "go here, go her.'' At the beginning I did not mind it because I did realize that she does not speak English very well. During the checking process I can tell that she has a very angry face and very bad behavior. She never welcome the customer with any hi or have a good day when they live. I use to work a this store in 2016 at the Deli department in the same store and I know how we must treat the customer and how the customer service should done. After I paid my charges she was looking around like she was to ask me to put the items in the bag. After a while a waiting she grave a paper bag without handles and she did start putting the items inside. At that time I did asked her to give me a bag with handles because a live two blocks a way and can not handle all that heavy items. She respond with No because we do not have any bags. I told her that she has plastic bag under-neath than she passed me one plastic bag. I did asked here for one more bag because I have to put my gallon of milk, she said ''no, the do not have to put your milk in bag just handle it like that, we do not give a bags for milk.'' I was surprised about her answer and the way she was acting. She was so made because I did asked to give me one extra bag. Note that I paid with my EBT which mean I can get free bags as many I need. When I did complaints to her she keep telling me ''go, go, go I have no time for you''. I did make a complaint to the store manger about the case. I do not know what they going to do about this case. I just want to say that this kind of Employees must shame on their-selves. If you do not like your job just quite. Your manager is paying with the customers money. Jiji or whatever your name is respect your customer because is not all people tired from your bad customer service. Behave or leave the job. Lucky Supermarket managers PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE.
