In my experience with merchant account, I have not seen that VISA AND MASTERCARD has approved such set up feethe fee $Lucrazon Global charged was with the promisse to generate a continuo stream of income, throu a kind of multi level marketing that they did not delivere

Let me explain the rules to you about the "Daily Marketing Bonus".... Basically, if you do one of a few things, one being bringing in other brand partners, you are qualified to receive the daily marketing bonus for 90 DAYS. From the information that the counsel provided, you can see that I was paid for bringing in other brand partners. You can also see that I was NOT paid for 90 consecutive days. Also, if you care to call Lucrazon Global brand partner support, they will tell you that the bonus has not been paid out in months due to a "programming error". This just goes to show that counsel [redacted] either doesn't know what is going on and is writing letters blindly, or he is just being ignorant and he thinks that he can write a letter and be done with me. Well unfortunately, his letter is contradictory. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that this company is scamming people out of money, just look on the rip-off reports.... You will see many other peoples complaints just like mine to a tee!
They also "claim" that the refund policy has always been on the website and that I agreed to it. However, I can not find ANYWHERE where I agreed to ANY refund policy. When I called the brand partner support they read me a script on where I could find it and when I told them that it mentioned NOTHING of a refund from Lucrazon, they got VERY confused and refused to speak to me anymore. My guess is because they didn't expect anyone to look into it. The only place that has the refund policy on the website is down at the bottom and it was added there MONTHS after I signed up.... ANY IT person can figure that out! I NEVER agreed to any refund policy.
Not to even mention, that I tried to cancel back on June 9th.... Its SEPTEMBER 10th.... I still don't have a refund... not $50 ... NOT ANYTHING! If that doesn't prove that these people are slimy, I don't know what does.

Review: In May one of their associated approached me to join this company selling Credit Card Processing. I have worked many years selling processing and have never been asked to pay any money to do this. But, this individual said in order to get set up with them, I needed to pay $1000.00 which she said would cover my own website. She also said that the fees a merchant would pay would be wholesale and that they would save every business that was using credit cards quite a bit of money. I turned in my first deal and it was an absolute nightmare, I also turned it in to the company I was working for. Lucrazon was only going to save this merchant about $70.00 and my commission was going to be $35.00 - they considered this wholesale - my current company was going to save them $241.32 and my commission was $300.00 It also took me over 3 weeks to get their side by side comparison back where I received the one from my current company within 5 hours. I called to cancel my account with Lucrazon and requested my $1000.00 back on June 3rd. They told me that my refund would be coming in 6 -8 weeks. I even received an email stating that they had recevied my request and in their paperwork item#7 states - Lucrazon Global shall pay Brand Partner the following Amount ____________ which I filled in for my $1000.00 Since I didn't receive anything, I called yesterday, August 12th and was informed that they are not doing any refunds at all. Apparently I am not the only one that was completely mislead and wanted money back. I am requesting that they send me back my $1000.00 ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want my $1000.00 back

Review: I subscribe to this company that promise to deliver an eCommerce service and income stream that never delivered... since this company did not really started with the services. They did not provide me with any services that justified the $1000.00 deposit I paid... The incomplete Termination Agreement she received was an invitation to begin negotiations.

Presently, Lucrazon Global is not refunding set up fees, but will refund her most recent month's

web site hosting fee. This Termination Agreement is to tenninate the Brand Partner Service

Review: I signed up with Lucrazon Global back in November, I was told to deposit money into their bank account and that I would be able to sell credit card processing, make daily marketing bonuses, and make money off of people that I bring in. I was supposed to make daily marketing bonuses for 90 days before I was required to do anything. I never received 90 days with of any bonuses. When I called to question this, noone could answer when the brand partners were going to get paid. To this day, they have not paid out the daily marketing bonus to everyone! I asked what the cancellation policy was on one of their recorded lines. Both [redacted] and [redacted]xpressed to me that if I wanted to cancel, I would receive the money I put into Lucrazon minus the money that they paid to me already. So, I filled out the forms and sent them in on June 9th. It is currently August 25th, and I just called and they told me I only get $50 refund. Then I asked about the daily marketing bonus and they told me that it still hasn't been paid out yet, and they don't know what will happen with the money owed to me if it starts working. I deposited $11k into their bank account and they paid around $5,000 back to me...They should owe me WAY more that $50! They claim that I signed a Terms and Conditions and agreed to a refund policy, but could not show me what I signed that says this. This company is full of misleading representation and their lawyers will only try and cover up for them in lies. If you call them, you can't call their attorneys, and they hide behind their emails... which I'm sure that they won't answer.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Review: I purchased a so called "15 units advertising online package" that will give me approximately $14/day/unit income for $1000 per units back in November 2013 when the company first launched. After I sent in my check, they promised 20% of it will be come back to me as commission. I never received it so I thought maybe the system delayed or not yet completed. So after I been waiting for couple months so haven't heard anything from Lucrazon, I decided that this its something not for me, and they admit its been a misrepresentation. So I ask for a cancel service and full refund. I called and email and the cancellation department said its no problem all I have to do its to files a cancellation/refund form. I did filled out everything and send an email to them to confirm they received it. At the beginning, they said it took 2 weeks for everything to complete. After 2 weeks I called, they said the process took longer and it become 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called again and they said sorry about the delay, it become 6 weeks processing time. I even went to the physical location and find out whats going on. There its a very helpful tech support came out and tell me no problem, my account its closed and my refund check its on the way. And he even gave me the supervisor business card. After 2 weeks passed by, I haven't receive anything so I called again, and they said they are in the middle to change all the policy and I have to wait until everything its changed. So I waited for another 2-4 weeks and haven't heard back and I called again and they said the new policy will not refund my $15,000. I try to do everything I can by emailing, calling and even drive to the physical location for couple months later and all I heard its "no problem, we will take care of it" and now I can only accept the fact that I can't get any refund. As a good business, I believe you should honor what you promised and not keep delaying process for couple months later and change the policy in the end.Desired Settlement: I want to get full refund of what I paid.

Review: I purchased 3 units of Lucrazon's so called "merchant businesses" for a total of $3,000.00 back in January 2014. From that purchase they offered to return, among several promotional incentives, the sum of $450 along with daily dividends for the three units. As of today I have not seen that happen and instead am getting billed for their service charges. I called their HQ offices to complain and after a long time of searching they were able to locate my purchase which only appeared for only unit. They had no record of the other two units. I was then told that they could not refund me any money because someone there decided to change the rules and they were no longer going to honor such requests. I called back on or about July 20th and am told the same story, only that this time they were able to immediately locate my information and they somehow now had data of funds being deposited to my account. Yet they still declined my refund request although they acknowledged that someone higher up is the one who makes the final decision. About a half hour later I received a call from a [redacted] of Lucrazon stating that my petition has been approved but that they could only refund me for one unit which is $1,000 as they had no record for the purchase of the other two units. They also acknowledged failure of the payment process that their agreement stipulated which is why they agreed to refund my money. We also agreed on sending [redacted] a scanned image of the deposit receipt for the payment of the other two units. She was to research on that deposit and when found she was to process the refund of those funds as well. I emailed her the receipt about 3 days or so after that conversation. That was the last conversation I had with [redacted]. I have attempted to contact her since, both by email and by phone but have not been successful. The representatives there tell me that she is going to call me back within 10 minutes of my call but that never happens.Desired Settlement: Since Lucrazon acknowledged their failure with the agreement I want them to process a full refund of the funds paid to them which is the amount of $3.000.00 either in a check or deposit to my bank account (they have that info). There are several people that I know and have spoken with which are in a similar situation and Lucrazon representatives seem to purposelessly ignore the requests. Others have been more lucky as they are getting their requests approved without questioning. Whoever is in charge of the approvals seems to be choosing who to approve and who not to approve solely based on their like and not on based on any policy.

Earlier today I filed a complaint against Lucrazon but am unable to locate the complaint on the Revdex.com sites. I am trying to cancel that complaint as they have finally contacted me about the issue and

Review: This company is so scammish/misleading. They convince me and a group fellow Networkers to join their business opportunity at a very high price. As soon as they got a good number of us to join the whole program changes on us and we were not delivered as we were promised. We were constantly given changes with no benefits and little support. When I first requested a refund we were told we would get all my refund minus earnings already received. Over 6 weeks waiting for that refund, I call to check on status today and was told we will not even get that. They collected thousands from us, suddenly changed the plans completely, pushed off "launched dates" and now refuse to be concern and considerate enough to do what's fair and right. If they are this way towards their representatives I will certainly not trust them with of your accounts and businesses.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $1000 I took away from my family to invest, or at least refund minus small amount earned as promised when I first requested and the company to stop delivering false promises!
