Sold as Genuine leather sectional sofa worth $2000 and leather torn out in less than 3 years. Warranty company is not helping too.
Bought a leather sectional worth $2000 sold by Lucy furniture which is manufactured by global furniture. *** from *** furniture sold it as genuine leather but leather has torn out now and not able to use the sofa any more. Meet *** couple of times about issue and didnt respond much to replace the sofa even though I bought a warranty plan while purchasing the sectional. Warranty company claims as this is not a valid claim, no help from warranty company and *** furniture either to address issue/ replace the sectional.

We purchased a dining room server/buffet from Lucy Furniture, and had it delivered on May 3 2019. Within 2 hours of delivery we notified Lucy Furniture of defects in the server, including scratches on the surface as well as scratches on the interior panels that clearly are from assembly or delivery. Lucy Furniture has been slow to respond to our repeated requests to replace the item under the manufacfurer's 90 day warranty. The owner, Victor, has gone as far as to say we caused the damage, despite being notified within 2 hours of delivery. He has stated the item was inspected by both them and the manufacturer before delivery. However, as I stated, the defects especially on the inside panels appear to be from assembly or delivery.
