I had a great experience while shopping on Lucy In the Sky - a friend recommended it to me, and I will gladly recommend to a friend as wellGreat clothes!

Looks like I get to join the online club for disappointed, disgruntled, misled, and altogether UNHAPPY shoppers for this store Let me specify something; I *ONLY [redacted] shop onlineI buy literally everything I need/want online, save for groceriesI have never had a more frustrating shopping experience in my entire lifeIn fact, most of my experiences have been nothing short of WONDERFUL ::: ***UNTIL I DECIDED TO SHOP AT LUCY IN THE SKY [redacted] ::: I placed orders with this store; 1st: 29/04/order ID: [redacted] 2nd: 02/05/order ID: [redacted] Both orders totaling $exactly What have I received so far? $worthITEM FROM MY FIRST ORDERSo what about my $worth of merchandise? Nothing The customer service for this store can be described as SCATTERED and untrustworthyOver the course of a month I was made to feel sympathetic for this stores "ongoing changes" and guilty for being frustrated over unprofessional nature of this stores operations I was told that an update would appear in my order history for the rest of my items; that was on the 18th of MayIt never happenedNo updates can be seen and I have not heard back from this store even though I have tried times since the 18th to hear SOMETHING encouragingIt is now the 31st It is not my job as a paying customer to go above and beyond in my patience/understanding/sympathy for changes happening in your storeIts simpleI have money that I want to spend in your storeI shouldnt have to sit here and twiddle my thumbs with only my imagination to procure possibilities as to WHY I'm even in this situation in the first place due to "circumstances" that may or may not be true If you are incapable of delivering quality service to your paying customers while such supposed changes are taking place, perhaps it would be more responsible for this store to remain closed until the changes are completeThat way you arent robbing people of their hard earned money, trust, and at this point sanity I fully intend to write similar reports about this store on the Revdex.com site http://www.Revdex.com.org/losangelessiliconvalley/business-reviews/online-retail... I did not receive an email confirming my orderBut I could see it was taken out of my bank accountHowever, I called back and a man was overly helpful, had the most positive attitude and helped me figure out on my end what had happenedTurns out in days, that one of my packages happened to already be in the mailbox! Everything was right on track and even more soThe best customer service I have ever experiencedAs I am in the fieldThank-you!

I have unsuccessful attempts to order clothing from this online store Both times, my order was confirmed but never delivered When I emailed the store, I was told that it was backordered and would be delayed This happened twice with each of my orders Finally, after months of waiting, I was told that the product was faulty and would not be available I was offered a full refund I will have to confirm this with my credit card company But, something is very odd about this Two different items, on two different orders, and they were both deemed faulty after months of delays I will never order from this sketchy company again

Love Lucy!!! For the price, you'd be stretching to find anything better quality wiseI've bought a lot of clothes and never had a major issueThey did have some delays at some point which is why I took down the rating to 9, but they were super attentive and provided store creditIf it weren't for those slight delays, would be 100% satisfied

Let me specify something; I *ONLY* shop online. I buy literally everything I need/want online, save for groceries. I have never had a more frustrating shopping experience in my entire life. In fact, most of my experiences have been nothing short of WONDERFUL.

Both orders totaling $150.85 exactly.

What have I received so far? $23.13 worth. 1 ITEM FROM MY FIRST ORDER. So what about my $127.72 worth of merchandise? Nothing.

Love Lucy!!! For the price, you'd be stretching to find anything better quality wise. I've bought a lot of clothes and never had a major issue.
