I am rejecting this response because:It is apparent to us Lucy will not be refunding usShe is a nasty, unprofessional woman who will never see our business againWe will make sure everyone is aware of her abusive tendencies when she is confronted with a customer who approaches her with a complaint of shoddy workmanshipHer screaming, hanging up on customers and ugly behavior is absolutely unacceptableAlso, a customer is NEVER REQUIRED to have someone who messed up an alteration to bring it back to that shop - and risk another mess upWe had the right to have someone repair it - that's our decisionWho would risk a tailor further messing up a $gown? She should have done the job right the first timeShe did NOT provide the service we hired her for THE FIRST TIMEAgain, she can keep our money but she loses way more in future business from us and many othersHer customer service is a ZERO and many others have complained of her bizarre behavior onlineYou cannot build a thriving business treating people the way she doesBest of luck!

hemmed, from my tailor shop and was asked if she wanted to try it on before she leftHer response was that she did not have her shoes and she was sure that it was fineI believe it was the next day when *** and her grandmother called my tailor shop and said the dress was RUINED because the lining was too longCutting a hem too short is a problem but if a hem is too long the dress is not ruinedI told them to bring the dress back in and I would fix it but they refused*** said that she did not have time to bring the dress back in because she had to have her nails doneI told them that I could do nothing if *** did not come back in with the dressIt is not my fault that *** left without trying the dress on and then would not come back in* *** grandmother called back later and told me not to wait for *** to bring the dress back in because a neighbor would fix the dressLater that night at 9pm, past business hours, *** mother called back and demanded a refundShe said something about having an *** for an *** and not needing the aggravationDoes this woman think she is the only person in the world with problems? ** *** *** *** * *** *** and I don't need the aggravation eitherThis family knows me and that I do excellent workI stand behind my work but I have to be given an opportunity to correct the problem and not be told that the dress is ruined when it is notHow could a dress be ruined and then be fixed by a neighbor with a sewing machine?
