The Statements Made by are incorrect and incompleteI was here to help service this customer, and I have staff Members that were involved with this issue The Gentlemen Called to place a Togo order, he asked if he could use that coupon on a Togo OrderThe server/bartender said she needed to check, he told her is did not say anything on the coupon and stated that he wanted to place the order on the phoneShe told him that she needed to check on the coupon, he insisted on placing the order he was in a hurry, and would not give her a chance to confirm if it was valid on take out ordersThis is a Happenings Entertainment book coupon that is in the Dine Out Only section of the bookHe arrived I explained it was dine in only coupon to which he said cancel my order, which I didHe was not charged for the order that was almost completeThis is the second time he tried to use this couponThe first time we allowed it and informed the woman who came to pick it up for him, it is dine in onlyHis wife or mother came the last time and told us it was his Verizon pointsWe get so few of these coupons as they are new they are very easy to remember While I understand his frustration, He was fully aware this coupon is for Dine In Only, and he has been told this beforeHis issue is with Entertainment and Verizon, and him not liking the policyHe is not out any points, he redeemed them for a coupon that is still valid, He is more than welcome to use the coupon when dining in at Lucy's Burgers I have reached out to the the Entertainment group to make sure the coupon is updated and clearly states dine in only again I did not see the book or the coupon, but he was not scammed, charged or forced to pay for anything and his coupon is welcome and still valid for Dine inIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly I am happy to help

I am rejecting this response because: First time I entered that establishment was on 10-26-17, never been there beforeThe story he told is either fabricated on purpose or he truly believe I was there twice- very insulting to accuse a customer of scamming when they didn'tThis gentleman has taken an even lower road than he did yesterday As for rushing the order taker, that is not trueI offered the bar code and other information for her to check but she didn't, she just said come in and I'll accept the couponThe account he gave makes me look the scammer and I can assure him that is not the caseAs for the coupon, I was charged pointsI believe this establishment is running a scam and is unethical and treat customers badlyI have already posted this incident on YELP and because of this attempt to make me look like I'm taking advantage of Lucysnext I going to tell my story about Lucys to additional mediaEasy for me to understand now why Lucy's scams their customer when you have an unethical individual running the establishment like this oneLook forward to reading about Lucy's management in the funny pagesVery truly yours
