I am speechless, I can't believe this is happening!!! I just read the business response, now I know exactly why I actually had to ??I was forced to involve the Revdex.com in the first placeA little after I received the notification via e-mail from the Revdex.com of my complaint being forwarded to the business I received a call from ***, CURSING and YELLING, **word all over the placewhy?? just because I exercised my right to file a complaint?? Revdex.com notified of my complaint and instead of addressing it professionally , He Called me threatening violence, Calling me and my guest names?? I told *** over the phone (business line) the call was being monitored (WE ALWAYS MONITOR CALLS ON MY BUSINESS LINE AND ALWAYS DISCLOSE IT WHEN I ANSWER THE PHONE), so now, I even have a witness of their unprofessional behavior and insulting words.I told *** over the phone and would like to make this clear, if I get another aggressive call from *** I will be forced to file complaint with the competent authorities for harassment. I tried to deal with them directly and they called me and my wife liars??
I believe in customer service my self, and as far as I know the customer is Always right!! and originally we were trying to call their attention and let them know some people at the party got sick after the party(stomach ache / nausea / diarrea) and was really embarrassing to know they believed it was because they attended my kids party (tacos)since there was no more than upset stomachs, I proceeded to call the business owner and tell him our experience, ran out of battery and had my wife call and that's were everything went out of hands, since they dared to call her liar*** said she refused to address the complaint with her employee (amateur, since they told me personally it was their first party) again, *** told my wife she was going to believe her employee and not us..... obviously my wife got upset
I called back and spoke to *** for a few minutes when his wife *** jumped in the line again and said they were not going to offer any apology or refund and told me we could do whatever we felt it was necessary to doAnd at this point I am demanding an apology from *** and his wife for their unprofessional behavior and FULL REFUND of the monies paid to them
FOOD WAS NOT KEPT HOT AS THEY PRESUME
THEY DID GET OVER AN HOUR EARLIER BUT STARTED COOKING RIGHT AWAYAGREED TIME TO GET THERE WAS 1:AND SERVE FORM 230-4:PMCome on use common sense, if you start cooking tacos hrs before serving them, they will obviously be cold and overcooked when you serve, specially chicken
GRILLED CHILIES --- Were not split on halfs and grilledThey were sliced in thin pieces , hours after they were grilled were obviously dry and cold
I regret doing business with them and I beg the Revdex.com to please take actionsAs a consumer I feel disappointed, robbed and now disrespected

hello [redacted] , I read the response and he states no body said any thing like that at his party to my son . he himself feels the need to not tell the truth about what he said to my son about kicking his boss's butt and needs good [redacted]-whipping . it is hard to fight against a lie but I also have the letter that he was in a pissed off mood and maybe that explains it .he also says in his letter that he is considering several ways of taking punitive action against my business . he also goes on to state it would be wise to make an effective apology . first thing I can say is we did not receive any money till the END of party and that seems to be what he is mad about because his people ate almost everything we had and complimented the servers and the quality of the food . yes I did ask for cash before starting but never came close to doing that . I just wanted to protect the money because of his statements to my son but mostly the way the coordinater treated my people from the start and the statement she made to my staff  " i'll take care of [redacted] later " . I did receive the payment about 15 mim before party ended . he says no body made the threat of harm to my lower backside . I would be more than willing to take and pay for both parties to take lie detector test to solve the one lie for sure amongst others . if I am telling the truth he pays for the test .  my father taught me never to lie because when you get caught in just one lie that means everything else could also be a lie . I am 75 now and have listened to that for all this time . thanks dad .

I normally answer what a customer would complain about . this customer  has not told the truth with just about everything . first of all when we book a party we have 6 questions for the customer to answer . number 6  is : exact time you would like food served because we get there 1 hour...

before . in this case we arrived 1 hour and 15 min before . we always take at least 1 hour to set all up and cook the food so the time is right that the customer asked for .
we always use chaffing dishes with out candles under them because it does not keep food hot . we always use an actual portable butane stove under the chaffing dish because that does keep the food hot . grilled peppers are always cut in half and the wife says that is dried fajitas , this is absurd  . when I spoke to the wife she told me that the people were sick at the party and I told her that foodborne illness takes 7 -10 hours to set in and show what she said . she hung up on me . before hanging up on me she demanded me to pay at least $200.00 and I told her I would give her $100.00 because NOT of what she said but to be kind to the customer even though I feel they are not telling the truth .
the food that we did for them is the same food we did for 14 other parties that day . her people ate all the food and asked for business cards .
also she told my wife that this was not real mexican food . my wife is from mexico and only knows how to cook authentic because it comes natural . she then told [redacted] my wife that she said she should be selling tortas on the corner . this was some of many things she said . also she had my people bag up all the leftovers for her . we did and always do that for all customers ..
as for the husband he also spoke to my wife for about 10 min and told her he was sorry because he never does this type of thing but he has to do this because his wife would be very angry with him . [redacted] my wife said he was kind and respectful to her . the wife  came up for tacos 3 different time and was happy during party .she also told my wife if we did not pay she would go to every website to write bad reviews and so far she has ..
at any rate because of her anger and demeaning words to my wife , because my wife is broken english I believe she owes [redacted] an apology .

Review: Terrible quality!!! Stay away from this people. I ordered Taco party for my kids party last weekend and is not fair!!! the food was cold, they got there earlier and started to cook the meats almost an hour earlier of the scheduled time. by the time they started serving almost everything was cold.

The meat was tasteless and the sauces were even worse. They promised grilled peppers and onions.... and delivered kind of dried fajitas...

They sell a professional service and delivered an amateur poor service. when I called they said they had 19 other parties to attend. ( is it my fault?? that's why they sent a novice to cook for 100 people??? )

If you want a mediocre catering service go ahead and call them. I will escalate the claim with the Revdex.com and will also get written statements from all the guests that were at the party, who got upset stomach. I believe in fairness and this is not.

I called [redacted] and tried to explain, but they refused to believe, She said my wife was a liar and extremely rude because she did not like to hear the food was bad. They said we were only complaining because we wanted to get money back!!!??? :-0

I want to make sure the right person gets involved to find a fair solution.

I am willing to get written statement from the people who attended my kids party, I met with a lot of them the day after the party and some of them had diarrea and /or upset stomach, also some of the parents of the kids from my kid's school

Review: This business provides food services such as wedding reception dinner service, as was my experience. The company showed up at the arranged time and place and prepared the dinner. Then the owner demanded complete payment in cash immediately or else he was going to have his people pack up and go home without serving the meal! The prior arrangements were payment by check. Again, no prior requests for cash payment had been stated. He held us hostage to an unethical demand or else he would ruin my daughter's wedding reception!Desired Settlement: That this never happens again. A refund of 50% would be appropriate, and an apology for rude treatment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

There was no new information in the response, and it was false to state that anyone of my party made any threats. (If we had, the food would not have been served). There is nothing in the response to justify using the unethical collection practice I complained about. This must never happen to anyone else!

hello [redacted] , I read the response and he states no body said any thing like that at his party to my son . he himself feels the need to not tell the truth about what he said to my son about kicking his boss's butt and needs good [redacted]-whipping . it is hard to fight against a lie but I also have the letter that he was in a pissed off mood and maybe that explains it .he also says in his letter that he is considering several ways of taking punitive action against my business . he also goes on to state it would be wise to make an effective apology . first thing I can say is we did not receive any money till the END of party and that seems to be what he is mad about because his people ate almost everything we had and complimented the servers and the quality of the food . yes I did ask for cash before starting but never came close to doing that . I just wanted to protect the money because of his statements to my son but mostly the way the coordinater treated my people from the start and the statement she made to my staff " i'll take care of [redacted] later " . I did receive the payment about 15 mim before party ended . he says no body made the threat of harm to my lower backside . I would be more than willing to take and pay for both parties to take lie detector test to solve the one lie for sure amongst others . if I am telling the truth he pays for the test . my father taught me never to lie because when you get caught in just one lie that means everything else could also be a lie . I am 75 now and have listened to that for all this time . thanks dad .

Review: We contracted the company in question to provide catering services for our company event. The food was served to our clientele and it was agreed upon that all leftovers would be left after the event was over. Everything but the remaining corn tortillas were left with us and the next day we found out why. In the trash can the caterers used, we found the remaining three packages of tortillas - two were unopened and third had already been used for the tacos that were served to our customers. All three packages contained MOLDY tortillas. I called the owner to inform him of the incident and he was entirely unprofessional and rude. He told me the tortillas were purchased the day of our event (March 15, 2015), but the tortilla packages had the date which read DECEMBER 14 2014. I called their supplier (North Gate Market) and they confirmed the date of purchase (12-14) and said they only had a thirty day shelf life, which would have set them to expire on January 14, 2015. As a result, our customers were served moldy tortillas which is a huge health hazard and we had complaints from both employees and customers regarding upset stomachs and ailments. The owner of the company, [redacted], yelled at me as he said, "Fine, we served you moldy tortillas. There, I said it, now what do you want me to do about it!!" then hung up. I cannot believe companies such as this are able to hold their health permit and an A rating at that when they're serving expired food then following up with such horrendous customer service.Desired Settlement: I had no initial intent of asking for any type of refund (I was merely calling to inform the owner of the service rendered), but after explicitly being LIED to about such a serious matter and now being liable for our customer's health concerns, I believe I partial refund is in order. A customer should never be verbally battered for merely presenting information (that is unarguably factual as we have photographic evidence).

they will back me up all the way as they know what was bought and when . I hope

we can end this issue without further cost to both of us . Al don’t you think

that with over 300 tacos that were served that somebody would have said hey

look at the mold . they were pulled out of the garbage can where they belonged

because they were from a party a few weeks back . you had fresh tortillas and I

have the invoice to prove it . she was just mad because I would not agree with

her accusations .
