customer's car was being worked on for over a weekwhen the customer picked up his car his speakers in this car was working except for a blown speaker that he was informed aboutall the other speakers where playing sounds when he came to pick it uphe also received a brand new double din tv radio that he agreed he receivedI did what I was hired to doI got his speakers to work and his radio was replacedwhen his car came into my facility it was not in working condition, when his car left my property it was in full working condition and he also received the radio he wanted

The work was unacceptable, the wiring is not professionalI turned a corner and a speaker went out and a different one came on The installation is unsatisfactoryI'm going to have to pay someone to rewire my stereo The radio I received and agreed too came w a remote that I never receivedI have pictures of the wiring I stop driving the car because of this issue He was correct that he held my car for over a week to install a radio He told me a made up story about some fraud case that Walmart put on him for fixing my radio said he had to remove the items that would of made it sound correct that's the only reason I accepted it in the conditionThen me and my girlfriend who was a witness to the whole proceeding, me and her talked so I called the insurance adjuster for Walmart a guy name West and he said their was no fraud case and that luech was paid $for the job And that's when I realized he scammed me he gave me a radio and a horrible install and charged them folks $, I JUST WANTED TO HAVE MY RADIO WORK AGAIN LIKE IT USE TO , instead he talked me into this and didn't deliver what he said he was
