Greenleaf Lanscaping Inc demonstrated extremely poor workmanship, lack of planning and knowledge regarding landscaping design and installation of irrigation systems, refused to submit itemized bid, and requested additional charges after bid had been accepted. This contractor did not install a vacuum breaker/backflow preventer for the irrigation system. This contractor dug numerous trenches on property without calling Blue Stake and did not acquire right-of-way permit from the Public Works Department. This contractor completed plumbing work on existing house water system without proper license. This contractor never inspected work done by employees. A complaint was filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and a corrective work order was issued to this contractor. We do not recommend this contractor or his services to anyone.
