Mr *** came into the dealership on Friday April 28th to sign a General Release for us to be able to process $which he’s been informed before. Management is processing the $ISG to be sent to him directly from BMW NA. Mr *** has spoken to our CPO deptagain after singing the release to discuss another car, possibly. (for this portion, it’s to be continued) $was only delayed because he hasn’t signed the release until now. He’s been offered multiple options of different cars, he’s agreed to several options we’ve offered, but never actually came back in to take deliveries. Also he’s spoken to multiple people at the dealership including lee, Craig, Jim, Alex and Deepak, and all of the conversations have not lead him to come in finalize on any of the options we’ve given him.We are working with him and hope finalize the resolution shortly.Sincerely,Missi ***

Mr*** brought hisrecently acquired BMW (cylinder) with 145,miles to us forrepairThis vehicle was in extreme disrepairWe provided him with an estimateto address his complaints at that time We obtained his authorization andconducted all repairs as agreedSince that
repair, additional problemsmanifested and the vehicle failed inspection Mr*** stated that hisvehicle failed inspection due to a faulty catalytic converterWhile the checkengine light appeared again, any number of issues can cause the check enginelight to appear, including and very likely, a faulty catalytic converterInthis case, if it is indeed the catalytic converter, it is most likely apre-existing condition or a result of the faulty injectors Mr*** arrived at our BMWcenter with negative and insulting signsHis signage contains words such as,“Incompetent, crooks, arrogant.” Despite these insulting signs,we approached Mr*** and asked if we could help himHe was approached bythe General Manager and the Director of Fixed operations as well as the VicePresident of OperationsWe offered to diagnose the vehicle at no chargeWealso told him that we be open to a goodwill repair of the vehicle depending onthe exact nature of the problemHe replied by telling us, in the presence ofEdison Police members, that he had no intention of getting the vehiclerepairedHe said he wanted to be paidHe said his problem was with BMWcorporate and not with us but by protesting outside our center he would getmore exposureHe wanted nothing short of substantial monetary compensation andhe walked out of the office back to his protest spot. We have tried our best to helpthis clientWe have maintained our ethical and legal responsibilities to Mr.*** but we will not take responsibility for this vehicles numerous, majorproblems

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:With all due respect, I gave the CNA Warranty company a call todayThey told me they had sent out the cancellation notice on March 10, I asked them what about the refund check to the dealership and again they told me they DO NOT refund money to the dealershipThe only thing they do is notify the dealership of the cancellation and it is up to the dealership's financial department to refund the money to the lending institutionI gave BMW Financial Services (Lending Institution) a call and they have yet to receive the refund check from the dealership.
I have received a check for Motor vehicle fees, so thank you for that.
Regards,
*** ***

I apologize for any inconvenience this has causedRegistering a car out of state requires us to use a third party service because we are only registered to do motor vehicle in NJ*** ***, GM and Vice President of Open Road BMW, is now involved in the process and is seeing that this is handled
correctlyThere has been communication several times a day to ensure the process is seen throughI will continue to update the Revdex.com upon notification.Sincerely,*** ***

Craig H*** Directer of Service and Parts at Open Road of Edison, spoke Mr*** and per his request an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday the 14th at 10am to have both air bags installed on his BMW 325.I believe this should satisfy Mr *** request and we apologize for

As stated by the customer, the accidents were disclosedThe problems with the vehicle were mechanical in nature and have been or will be repaired under the warranty should they qualifyIt appears all repairs do qualify This vehicle passed the Certified Pre-Owned Inspection and was not
misrepresentedFurthermore, acting as an advocate for the client, we have obtained a $3,goodwill assistance voucher from BMW good towards the purchase of a new or CPO vehicle from usPlease contact Kosta *** at the dealership. Sincerely,Missi ***

My apologies for the breakdown in communicationWe would never block someones numberOur customers are the root of our businessThe dealership's direct line is ###-###-####I spoke with *** ***, general manager of the dealership and said we received a temporary permit and motor
vehicle rejected itThe accounting office reached out to him a couple of days ago requesting the actual permitSometimes these things are out of our control but understand the urgency in correcting itPlease contact the dealership immediately to provide them the correct document.Kind regards,Missi C***

Mr ***,You are correct, however, the warranty company will reimburse Open Road and once those funds are received Open Road will refund the lending institution. We await the administrative process from the warranty compnay.Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because the problem has not gone away. The noise that was there before the repair was performed still persists, and I had told the same thing to the person who I went out to test drive this.It does not matter how many times the company performs such repairs but in my case the repair was not required. The company has replaced a perfectly fine exhaust pipe (as attested by a third party) and replacing of this pipe has made no difference to the noise. The company needs to refund me the money they have charged me for this unnecessary service
