Open Road BMW has tried duplicating the problem with the door without any success. It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that if the key is being blocked by something it could result in the door not getting the signal. We are unable to prove the system is faulty. BMW confirms our diagnostic...

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken with the warranty company and they informed me that the warranty company does not issue the refund to the dealership. The dealership is the one who issues it. The dealership doesn't get the money from the warranty company. And they told me it's the responsibility of the finance department that issues it.  I was not reached out by any sales manager regarding the registration issue.

I am rejecting this response because the problem has not gone away.  The noise that was there before the repair was performed still persists, and I had told the same thing to the person who I went out to test drive this.It does not matter how many times the company performs such repairs but in my case the repair was not required.  The company has replaced a perfectly fine exhaust pipe (as attested by a third party) and replacing of this pipe has made no difference to the noise.The company needs to refund me the money they have charged me for this unnecessary service.

After looking further into the complaint I can confirm that Open Road BMW acted in good faith and did not charge anything that was not authorized. Mr Anand disputed the charge on his credit card but after a phone conference with the credit card company and [redacted] of BMW he admitted that he...

authorized the charges. He returned a few weeks ago for a road test with [redacted], a representative from BMW, and confirmed that the noise was gone. The vehicle was corrected and charged accordingly.There is no resolution to be met. The charges were for work that was correctly done.Kind regards

Mr [redacted] came into the dealership on Friday April 28th to sign a General Release for us to be able to process $3000 which he’s been informed before. Management is  processing the $3000 ISG to be sent to him directly from BMW NA. Mr [redacted] has spoken to our CPO dept. again after singing the release to discuss another car, possibly.  (for this portion, it’s to be continued) $3000 was only delayed because he hasn’t signed the release until now. He’s been offered multiple options of different cars, he’s agreed to several options we’ve offered, but never actually came back in to take deliveries.  Also he’s spoken to multiple people at the dealership including lee, Craig, Jim, Alex and Deepak, and all of the conversations have not lead him to come in finalize on any of the options we’ve given him.We are working with him and hope finalize the resolution shortly.Sincerely,Missi [redacted]
