They stretch a loan mod that should of taken a month or two into months because they are too busyI would send them docs that they wouldn't even look at for weeks or more *** was a nightmareComplaining about getting paid their monthly payment while not returning phone calls for weeks because she's too busyThey must be handling to many cases to be efficient at getting anyone a loan modFinally after almost months of wasting money that could have gone to pay my mortgage and battling to get her on the phone bofa denied my poorly structured modOnce the loan was denied it took weeks to get a call back just so she could tell me she didn't know how to move forward and maybe we can resubmit with 10% increase in income and then although I called many times I never heard from her again! Don't waste your time or money on these jokers! They pray on people with hardships and could care less about helping anyone

My Name Is *** *** and the Lugash Law Center tried to help me get a Loan ModificationI was denied and understand thatThe big problem I had with this company is that they really did'nt try to help ! I was told that they made contact with Ocwen my loan servicer several times ? When I started calling I was told they submitted paper work and call twiceThe people working for Lugash are very nice ! I just think there two busy to work for you and really to busy to keep you informend !!!! My experience with them was very sad ! And when they want your money they use your card thats on file with out notifying you IIIII

Finally after almost 6 months of wasting money that could have gone to pay my mortgage and battling to get her on the phone bofa denied my poorly structured mod. Once the loan was denied it took 2 weeks to get a call back just so she could tell me she didn't know how to move forward and maybe we can resubmit with 10% increase in income and then although I called many times I never heard from her again!
