I was charged an additional charge of $for a suitcase of clothes I sent with Luggage To Ship because the drop off place they sent me to didn't know what they were doing and put my suitcase in a large boxThis suitcase ended up costing me approximately $to send overseas They were not available to assist me at the drop off when I had questions and had to rely on the drop off place to know what they were doing I feel like this was wrong ethically and wanted a credit for the overcharge
