Review: I placed an order of a luggage case (Rimowa Limbo Cabin Multiwheel International) from luggage4you.com online on Jan 15, 2015. However, when I received the case, it was damaged. So I took a picture of the damaged luggage case and emailed it back to the customer service of luggage4you.com immediately. I wanted to return the luggage to get the refund, but I was told that I had to pay UPS shipping fee (which is $86.05) to return the luggage and get the refund. I submitted the claim to the return department of luggage4you.com, but got the same response. This is not fair that I need to pay $86.04 for a damaged luggage case, which the retailer (luggage4you.com) should do quality control and be responsible for.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the refund of the UPS shipping fee ($86.04) I spent.
