ID [redacted] To whom it may concern:The customer ordered a four piece luggage set form us off Amazon On October 21' We shipped the item per our agreement with Amazon within hours(See Doc 2)The customer asked to return the item on October 30thWe authorized the request through Amazon returns along with our return policy(See Doc 1)The customer contacted Amazon on November 13th Saying they had to pay return shipping of $because the label issued by Amazon was too small to read(See Doc 3) Amazon did not pay for a return label(See Doc Sec A) The customer decided to pay those shipping charges which are not refundable by us or AmazonWe responded in minutes to the call (See Doc SecA)All Email communications with the customer are attached with response times.We responded to the customer after he stated the suitcase was too small for his needs by checking with the manufacturer American Tourister and measuring the showroom floor modelWe took photos of the suitcase and found the dimensions listed are actually the interior dimensions of the large suitcaseThe suitcase itself with the wheels is actually larger than what is stated(See Doc with photos attached)The customer responded with threats in the emails attached along with disparaging remarksWe informed him that we paid for shipping to get the product to him but we do not pay for return shipping for buyer's remorse and we also charge a restocking per our return policy that is available on all Amazon orders before purchase and also with the return request, (see Doc and Doc 1) Amazons return policy charges a straight 15% restock fee for buyer's remorse.If we find any discrepancy with a listing we would always pay for return shipping if there was something wrongThat was not the case in this instanceThe listing was absolutely correct and verified with the manufacture and by photo evidenceWe charged a nominal fee of $for restocking even though the cost to ship the four piece luggage set was much more than that(See Doc refund of $and Doc return policy)The customer decided how to return the productThe never contacted us until he paid and shipped it backThen he threatened us to pay his return costs or disparage our nameHe left feedback on Amazon and we responded to that feedback(See Doc 2)We hold a 100% satisfaction rating on Amazon and a 99.9% rating on Ebay from our buyers and have been selling for over years on both.( See Doc 6)We provide excellent customer service to any buyer and are willing to work with reasonable buyers of our products when askedA restocking fee of $does not cover our original shipping costs for sending the set to the customer.Sincerely,Patrick F [redacted] VP

Review: I received item it was not as described it was smaller than what was advertised. I had to e-mail the company numerous times to get the time and received multiple tracking numbers before actually get a proper one. It was shipped 5 days after I ordered it and on top of that they lied numerous times when they shipped the item. When I received it I contacted them that day to advise it was the wrong item they advised I had to pay to ship it back than they did not even refund the full amount I paid for the item.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund for the item which is 79.99 plus tax and I would like my shipping charge for the item refunded as well which was 44.71 due to them sending me the wrong item.
