I am extremely disappointed with Luggage works in both product for the price and customer service Eventually they had worked everything out with me, only after a lot of emails and phone calls I had ordered a bag with day shipping only to receive it over a week later When it arrived, it appeared to have been used before due to worn fabric and dirty wheels I attempted to contact them, but it took a few emails and phone messages before they contacted me back They agreed to work with me by initially offering a refund in the amount of replacement parts, which was less than what you could find one on sale for I suggested a refund amount that seemed fair, which they agreed to After a couple of weeks, I had not seen the refund, so I had to email them again When a refund showed up, it was about 75% of the amount we agreed to So after another email and phone call, they straightened it out and were very nice about it I don't know if this was an unusual circumstance, but it was very frustrating I felt like I was pulling teeth just to communicate with them Next time I will shop at another company
