Review: Tony Lugos hair club claimed to have 100% high quality, long lasting human hair extensions. I believed in this claim therefore decided to invest over $600.00 in their product. I purchased wet & wavy (I did not ask for different textures, therefore my hair was not custom blended) 10 oz (22") and 2 oz (18")for a total of 12 oz. I encountered a few of the business employees that assured me that the hair would have the type of curl I wanted, shed-free due to their "reinforcement sewing techniques" and long lasting. I purchased the hair on 04/**/15 had it installed for $200.00 the same day. I followed all instructions that were given to me to wear the hair in its curly state. I mixed 10% conditioner and water in a spray bottle. I noticed that the hair would tangle and shed Profusely. I believed that this issue would eventually stop. Therefore, I waited until Wednesday 04/**/15 to contact the company. Once I contacted the company I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] advised me that I should have washed and conditioned the hair to prevent shedding. She also advised me that I should expect some shedding and the amount would be close to 2 oz of hair. I advised her that I was told this hair would have minimal to no shedding. [redacted] offered to replace the 2 oz of lost hair. She also informed me after shampooing and conditioning the shedding will cease. [redacted] advised me to call back if the shedding did not stop and she would help me further. I accepted the replacement hair to make up for the lost hair. I also called Tony Lugos today 04/**/15 to advise her that the hair is constantly shedding and tangling. She advised me with the UPMOST attitude that there was nothing else that could be done. This company has not resolved my issue with their product and they have sold me contracting promises. Due to the fact that this hair was Not custom blended, tangles, constantly/ embarrassingly sheds, and low quality; I am requesting a full refund on the product sold to me.Desired Settlement: Full Refund on 12 oz of Spanish wavy $610.00.. I will return all hair purchased including the replacement 2 oz hair.
