Review: I ordered a front bumper for a 2003 bmw m3 he quoted me 150 so I agreed in the price. He told me if I go and pay for he would deliver it to my door step the very same day. I said ok perfect. He then offered to paint the bumper for an extra 160. I said well how soon can I have it if you paint it he assured 1-2 business days. It now been 20 days and he will not answer me truthfully. He has made me wait at a certain location for hours and he fails to answer his phone, voicemail, or text. I eventually went to his shop 1.5 hours away from me and I met 3 other customers outside waiting for the same thing more or less. The business around his said people always wait for this guy and he never shows . He had collected $1100 offf of one gentlemen there and 350 off the other they told me they have been waiting for this guy for weeks also with no product or refund.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and get this guy out of business he is a crook . He has many complaints on [redacted], and [redacted]'s list . He has been scamming people for years he should not be allowed to take advantage of people specially war vets like myself.

Client called and asked for pricing for e46 front bumper, the regular price is 199, however it was on sale at 150. We did in fact inform him that we could have the bumper

same day but don't let him fool you he later asked how much it would cost for paint as well...Another 160 we replied; moreover we informed him that the average lead time

for paint was 4 to 6 working days but we write 6 to 10 working days to cover ourselves incase of unforseen delays either in procuring the item(s) or having work done on them, in this scenario paint delay's....

He agreed and sent somebody in his stead to pay for the bumper and paint. We informed the courier that up to 10 working days was unlikely but possible and she was ok with that as he was.

He mentioned in his complaint that we promised the bumper same day, not even mentioning the paint. Lets be fair and honest if we're going to file a Revdex.com complaint, the idea is that

he feels he was wronged yet goes to the Revdex.com and lies in the complaint? is this person credible going forward?

it was a Tuesday when the order was placed and we DID in all honesty predict FRIDAY completion, he called friday and was upset that it wasn't ready. by the following tueday we already

had been cussed out and slammed verbally *REMEMBER this was at the 5 day mak"

That Friday he paid us a visit in person and yes he found that we were closed...our hours are clearly posted in our window FURTHER every morning on our voice mail we announce the day, date,

address, hours, and specific hours of business for that day, just in case we have errands to run before work...

So when he was outside waiting for me he met [redacted] and he met [redacted] Paid us 1100 deposit for a suspension installed including shocks/springs as well as two bumpers and exhsust work

with paint no less...he [redacted] had come in that weekend and was just checking in to get status...he was fine...[redacted] in all honesty has been waiting for a bumper for about 4 weeks to be

fair, but he had just paid 200 for wheels he wanted 48 hours prior to meeting [redacted], our protagonist...... THE NEIGHBOR he met is [redacted], I've known [redacted] since 1991 he is the most

racist, meanest person I've ever met, he has called the firemarshall on us indicating that we dump oil down the toilet, same with the EPA, and the city of San Diego, all falso reports, he towed

my fathers truck and lied to western towing saying it was abandoned when it was only there 1 night..he towed our clients car because it's "ugly" yet his friends car has been in the same spot

rottting for over one year... he towed TOW cars which weren't even parked in our complex we parked them next door at restaurant and when the caretaker at the restaurant came over asking

about the cars, because he needed them moved in 40 hours, [redacted] demanded he tow them, denied that they were ours, and said that he believed they were stolen..so that cost us over 3000 dollar

between all the tows, He also called the city about my wifes car because ONE of the FOUR tires was one centimeter on the handicapped blue line in a vacant building with no tenants.

when they came out to ticket the car *which was out of order at the time* he hid the ticket by pushing down into the wiper lids or vents and called again, we got two 500 dollar tickets in a row

because of him..........Further, everytime people come and wait for me, he comes out and slanders us telling people not to buy from us and just is really really mean..

this animosity with [redacted] started over parking, our clients in years past would park everywhere and that really upset him...we used to park our cars in our two spots therefroe blocking parking for

clients and so he developed a very unhealthy hatred because he took it personal that we parked in our own spots, one day he came over and said and I guote, [redacted].back in 07 he beat up a tenant named [redacted] parked his van blocking dand door so [redacted] beat the crap out of him..

he than threatened me to not say anything to the police or else...so I lied to the police like a dummy...just two weeks ago another tenant [redacted] called the police because he beat him up..

and about ONE week ago I call 911 because he came over and knocked as hard as a 230 pound man can knock on my door at 330AM I was working graveyard and he freaked me out.......he's also

threatened my brother who posted proof on you tube, search for "HOA president, king of the planet" and seee for yourself how reasonable this man is...all over a sign on our door that said no parking.

Back to [redacted].....he met two clients waiting for me and cites that they also were waiting for parts.............The reason there was 2 people was because they are waiting for parts.. we made more than 2 sales

in the last month...if this was an issue there would be 90 people outside or more...I dgress..

WE are giving him a full refund and parts that he ordered as a good faith gesture because we HAVE taken a long time on this one, although when he wrote this it had only been about ten workign days...

His story is an absolute lie I have a receipt and text messages of him promising he will deliver the bumper that same day and if I wanted it painted 2-3 working days. I been waiting for 6 weeks now I have not received the bumper or a refund in return he insulted. Me and told me to go and [redacted] d#^%. He also threatened me to call my job and tried to get me fired because I demanded a refund.

We told the girl he sent same day on the bumper, 5 days with paint, but we would guarantee 10 days to cover any unforseen delay's.it wasn't even day 10 yet and he was already sending messages with 90% profanity including calling us liars and thieves...we too havedozens maybe hundred of text messages dated WAY before the comment he referred to which is true, we did say that but ONLY afterwe apologize, admitted we were wrong and guaranteed a refund. He cancelled his order about 20 working days .We never argued the legitmacy of his complaint this is why we readily admitted fault and promised a refund, which we will still honor..But lets me clear we only told him that after literally receiving dozens and dozens of evil messages jam packed with rage, threats, [redacted], Liars etc etc...Our position has always been..."ok you're right we took too long, we'll reverse the deal and refund you and we're sorry" and even having said that multiple times we still had to hear his abuse over and over and over until we couldn't take it anymore...Truth is truth and you can't change it just because you don't like .... the truth is round, your story is square..it doesn't fit..and ironicallywe make a better case for you than you do...

Review: Hired to paint my 75 olds delta 88 first week of December . business owner going by the name of [redacted] required deposit of $ 425 to start paint job . He Pick up my car via tow, emailed me a week later telling my car is being prepped for paint. Two weeks later I received a letter from western towing that my car was towed and they wanted $600 to get out of tow. [redacted] had no idea my car was towed he said he had $400 on him and ask me for the other $ 200 to get my car out of tow. He stated that he would put the whole $600 I've already gave toward paint job. Giving me a balance of $200 dollars. Painter had my car at his business for 3 weeks. [redacted] never gave money I already paid to start paint job. I had to give painter another deposit for him to start paint job and extra body work I asked him to do. painter contacted me telling me [redacted] hasnt given him any of my $600 deposit for paint job. He stated he wont release my car until money is paid. [redacted] on several emails acknowledged that he owed the me $ 600 in deposit for paint job. This issue has been going on since December. Just finally received my car April 11 and had to repay another $600 that [redacted] owner of Lugosi never gave painter. . He has not refunded $600 dollars as promised.Desired Settlement: Full $600 refund
