this does not resolve my complaint.Your response is quite late. After attempting to contact Tek several times, leaving multiple messages but not getting any response, I registered a complaint with the Revdex.com. Still not getting any response, I contacted Kohler and found another contractor willing to come to my house to remedy the situation. Seven weeks later, with still no response from Tek, that contractor troubleshot the issue and was able to get my generator running on 8/31/15. Later that same day I finally received your message through the Revdex.com, but by that time the generator was running again.When I receive the bill for this service call I will forward it to Tek, and also post it here, expecting full payment so that we can resolve this issue.
