Mr. V[redacted] and his team have been cleaning my windows for a few years now. Prices are very reasonable, the windows spotless (no streaks!) and the staff always professional and courteous. I can always call upon Relection Window Cleaning before a family and friends gathering at the house so those windows are sparkling clean.
Renovations can be stressful but dealing with the Marble Factory crew was a shear delight. Professional with their advice and in all the work they performed. Top marks go to Dawn [redacted] & Jason, for the great and helpful advice and the incredible coordination of all the fabulous crews. Every crew was respectful and experts in the field they offered. I have never dealt with a better bunch. I would most definitely go to the Marble Factory in the future for any other renovations and highly recommend them to all others.
We are extremely satisfied with our three bathroom renovation and would not hesitate to give a two thumbs up approval and an unqualified recommendation to our friends. From start to finish our dealings with Tony, Dawn, Jason, Randy, Bruce and Mark were outstanding and highly professional. A few challenges were encountered during completion but were dealt with completely to our satisfaction and in a very timely manner. They are a great team providing a terrific service both on time and on budget.
I had a bathroom installed in August 2016 and am extremely satisfied with the Marble Factory. The workers were very clean and efficient on the removal, and very swift on the installation. As usual with 60 year old houses, problems arose, but Mark & Randy found ways to put things to code. There were numerous additions to the original installation contract, and for these I was not charged. While they said one week, it took four days. I am most satisfied with Marble Factory, and recommend them to you.
We are absolutely thrilled with our 3 bathroom renovation completed by The Marble Factory this summer. They are truly a one-stop shop. Everyone was extremely helpful from Tony and Dawn assisting with design and selections to Dave and Simon completing the work meticulously. We were very impressed that they took special care to ensure that everything was covered and nothing was damaged and that took precautions to minimize dust. Jason who oversaw the project was extremely understanding and supportive. In fact everyone who worked on the project including the sub-contractors was very pleasant. The few complications that arose along the way were dealt with quickly and efficiently all to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend The Marble Factory.
