Review: I am writing you today let you know that as a loyal Customer of Luigis Pizza in Red Bluff, CA, we have dined with you brought business to you from many organizations and our own families favorite place for pizza. A few weeks ago I called the store 20 minutes before we were going to show up and ordered one of our favorite XL Pepperoni with pineapple and olives, with the little bonus pepperoni pizza on the side. We asked that they made sure the big pizza was fully cooked, as it was a little doughy in the middle on our initial visit. The person on the phone said not a problem and the pizza will be ready close to our arrival. We showed up, 20 minutes after my phone order and paid. The cashier turned around and told the employees that the call ahead was here. We grabbed the number that we was given to us by the cashier, so that we could be found in the restaurant when our pizza was ready. We went and sat down and waited. It was not busy at all in the restaurant. There were 2 other tables there when we arrived. We waited forever and our Pizza finally arrived. I looked at my watch and looked at the receipt and confirmed that we had waited an hour for our Pizza and it was black on the bottom and tasted burnt. I walked up to the nice young female cashier that had taken our payment for the order and asked to speak to a manager. She told me that she would get her and bring her to our table. Manager [redacted] came out to our table and asked what the problem was. I told her that we had never had any issues before but today, our Pizza took an hour, (she interrupted and said yeah I can see how long your pizza took), I then told her that our Pizza is black on the bottom and burnt. She looked at me and said well what you want me to do about it. I told her that I was giving her a chance to make it right. Manager [redacted] told me that she would credit our meal for next time. Manager [redacted] was very short and very rude, never apologized for the mistakes. I was appalled at her attitude and actions. When we were walking out my husband turned to me and said well were done here and we will go to other Pizza places in the future.Desired Settlement: So, today I decided to give Luigis in Red Bluff a second chance. I called to use the credit that [redacted] had said that she put under our name for our next visit. I ordered the same exact pizzas and told the cashier that the manager was crediting this one for what happened last time. He looked under our name and said all I see is a $5.00 credit. I told him that is not what we were told, I explained everything to him, he got another person involved, which I explained everything to, and she told me that she would call [redacted] and call me back. I received a call back and was told yes, all that is credited is $5.00. I canceled my order and we will not be visiting Luigis again. I wanted to let you as the owner know our experience, as this is your business and your employees and their actions reflect you.
