This store seems to be missing supervised control for stock foodsThis is my third time in a row that my order was incomplete. at first maybe it could have been somewhat my fault., what I mean is that I bought there extra crispy chicken and they had run out. I thought it was my fault because I bought the chicken at 9.30 pm. they explained to me that it was close to closing time. The second time I placed my order it was lunch time on a Saturday, they had a special going for the weekend $10.00 for a 10 piece bucket of chicken. again they had no extra crispy chicken. My brother and his family were visiting and I did not want to wait for there chicken. The third time I ordered there chicken was on a play off game, I had company over and I thought it would be good to order chicken for half time. I called [redacted] and spoke with one of there employees, I asked them if they had enough Chicken X-TRA CRISPY on hand . Her reply was sure we have plenty of X-TRA Crispy Chicken. 20 min after that I went to pick up a bucket of extra crispy chicken, and believe it or not they again had no extra crispy chicken. I was upset but acted with a cool head, the manager on duty was on the other side of the ovens and did not even look at me, they said it would about 18 min before the extra crispy would be out. You can imagine by now how I felt. I have been a loyal customer since I was a young kid, my father would always buy [redacted] for a Sunday lunch with family. so now even worse I have submitted my complaint on there survey ticket code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. I figured I would get some kind of response so I waited about a week, nothing so I called and explained my situation they took my name e-mail and phone # and was told I would here something in about three days again nothing the third time I called I spoke with someone with the name of [redacted] he explained that there was no information on this complaint and that I was not in the system, He apologized and again took my information down , phone # e-mail my name and assured me that he would find some answers and someone would be getting in touch with me. Well again nobody has called or e-mail me about this situation. This last purchase was on 1/11/2014 at 6.13 order # was XXXXXX store # [redacted] XXXXXXDesired SettlementI Would like to receive my refund for all three visits. I have tried to reach out but nowon seems to careConsumer Response I received a call from corporate at[redacted] today the 25th of march. The Manager has answered all my questions and has satisfied me with compensation to my demands. I would like to thank him for solving any problems to this matter.

Today I visited the KFC/Taco bell in Durham, Nc off Page rd. thru the drive thru and the employee was rude and the order was prepared incorrect.While at the drive thur me and 5 other cars waited for at least 10 minutes for our orders to be taken. I was second in line. When I arrived at the window to place my order the employee did not apologize for the wait and was very short with me. When she took my order her tone was rude and she came off as not wanting to be bother. I asked her if she was having an okay day and she responded "Yes! Is that it!" Once my order was completed I drove to the window where I advised her that I did not like her tone and it was unprofessional, she did not apologize or acknowledge my concerns. Once I got home to check my order it was not prepared correctly. I order a chicken bowl and there was no chicken in the bowl along with no corn. I was going to go back however I called to see if they would correct my order and they informed me they were close and I would need to call back tomorrow.I am in customer service also and I believe they should have at the least apologized for the error made. I feel I was treated unfairly because it was close to closing time (15 minutes before)Desired SettlementI would like a coupon for the items purchase and an apology for the service I received. Business Response We do not have a location off of Page Road. We have several locations in Durham. At this time, we are not able to offer any other response without a specific store location.
