Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have all the papers that came with the vehicle the warranty as is paper was never involved I was promised a day warranty or money back and also have witness 's that were also promised the same but when I called them to have them fix the mistake or give my money back days later they claimed they never said that I have many aseCertified mechanics statements that it was there fault that the engine blew up when they tore it appart if you need the originall paper work or these statements please let me know Regards, [redacted]

I [redacted] sold a 2003 [redacted] to [redacted] on 2/7/2015. [redacted] test-drove th4 vehicle and was allowed to take it to a mechanic for inspection as he had requested before purchasing it. [redacted] was notified the vehicle was sold as-is and also signed the documents where it is...

clearly stated the vehicle is sold as-is without warranty. It is also seen in the buyer's guide on the window of the vehicle. The vehicle was working in great condition before and after [redacted] made the purchase. Shortly after, [redacted] returned asking for a refund because the vehicle was in need of repair.
