Luis Automotive

Luis O, a mechanic from Rockville, MD. This person tried to fix my car by giving me a defective radiator, and telling that radiator was new, that my car had another type of issue that will cost me like around 1300 but I already paid him 388.50 dollars but I didn’t trust him at all. I tow my car back to my old mechanic. He noticed that the radiator that Luis O provided me was defective, and we even did a smoke test on that radiator because when I told Luis O about it he accused my old mechanic about it saying that he damage it. After we did the smoke test I took it back to Luis O and he said that he will be giving me another one next day. Basically, when I went to pick up the radiator I didn’t check much. At that moment I was stressful, because I was postponing school, work, and a scholarship interview. But I took the radiator carefully to my old mechanic and just when I handed him the radiator he check it and saw it was broken. Luis O do not want to take any responsibility about it, I ask for the refund and this person do not want to refund the money, or provide me a new radiator. Instead of taking responsibility he denies it, and behaves disrespectful to me as client.
