Review: I was referred to photographer for getting marketing materials printed, I sent over specs March 10, 2014 I fully paid a total of $204.25 I was never told a standard shipping time when I continually asked. I also told him my deadline that which was before March 27th 2014. On March 17, 2014 He also reformatted the desired spec that where sent to him and I never authorized him to do so which prolonged the process . When he told me that he reformatted my specs I asked him to keep it they way I sent to him. I reached out to him again on March 22,2014 to find out the estimated shipping date and he still did not give me one. I was just told today March 24, 2014 that the reason why he didn't give me a estimated date was because of the printing company he uses does not give out date until the printing process is complete which if I was told that in the first place, I would have never done business this his company if I would have known that information, Because of my Hard deadline, And now if I want my items expedited through shipping I would have to pay an extra fee. which he said he will send me another invoice for that cost Even though he never told me the standard date to have items shipped. He then told me the date of delivery would be March 28th or March 30th, which I needed marketing materials for my business (fashion show on March 27th, 2014) I also let him know that it was a huge inconvenience for me to have to go through this process and him not returning my calls, All correspondence was either through Facebook, email or texting. Even though I would call him to actuality get clarity on the printing process. I feel taken advantage of because this has hindered my company to move forward. I have worked with printing companies before and I have always gotten a shipping date or a ETA.Desired Settlement: If I do not get my items before March 27th and have to deal with this companies numerous times of unprofessional-ism. I want full payment refund to me and the marketing materials shipped before March 27th. This is a huge dent in my business and I will never work with this company again
