run out of gasUpon completion of servicing motorcycles, we offer our customer’s an option that we wash their motorcycleThis customer accepted our offer to wash the motorcycleWe do not use power washers to clean motorcycles and in fact, wash many motorcycles that are equipped with Harley-Davidson Audio equipment that can get wetThe customer should have informed us that his After Market audio equipment could not get wet and to cover the speakersWe cannot guarantee any product that is NOT a Harley-Davidson product as we are an Authorized Harley-Davidson dealership We are not liable for the use of After Market (Non Harley-Davidson) Parts or AccessoriesOur *** *** offered the customer a discount if he was interested in purchasing genuine Harley-Davidson accessories to replace the After Market equipment the customer had on his motorcycle; we are only authorized to fix/repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles and use Genuine Harley-Davidson products
