Review: On May **, 2015 I purchased furniture from this establishment. I was recommended by a relative and in good faith agreed to do business with this establishment. I was told my items will be delivered within a week. I was later told that there was an issue with the delivery and that my items will be delivered within two weeks. After two weeks I received two of the six items ordered. To date, I am waiting on delivery of the four remaining items. Each time I call I am told that the items will be delivered within a day or so and I receive no delivery. I am very frustrated and wish to cancel my order of the four remaining items and get a full refund for those items.Desired Settlement: I want the store to cancel the order of the four remaining items and issue a full refund.

This business still owes me one item. I have not heard from them about this item. This is very frustrating and I am about ready to give up and let them keep the money.

Review: I purchased a king size 6 piece furniture set in this store on May **,2015 . I paid $1000.00 deposit and financed $1900.00 with their financing company. It is June **,2015 and I have yet to receive the purchased furniture. The store owner tried to deliver a queen size bedroom set with the dresser damaged and I refused to accept it. She insisted in me keeping that furniture and I kept refusing. On another occasion she sent just the wooden bed frame without the mattress and anything else and I refused to accept the bed frame by itself. She has not given me my money back or deliver the furniture. One day I went to the store and I met an elderly lady who since April is waiting for her furniture as well. We called the cops but the cops said they cannot write a report or help because this is a civil matter not criminal.Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment

However, my bank has refunded me the money because the company couldn't provide proof of delivery. Now I am more concerned because I have been in the neighborhood and many elderly [redacted] are being scammed out of their hard earned money and never get the furniture. Or if they do receive furniture it is damaged or not even what they purchased. Someone needs to put a stop to it. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: We went to purchase a dining set at Luis Furniture on 10/**/14. We decided on a floor sample which was in great condition. no scrapes at all. my mom [redacted] purchased it for me as a gift. We paid $400.00. $200.00 cash and $ on debit card. The sales lady stated she will waive the delivery since it was a floor sample. She stated it will be delivered within 2 hours. When they exceeded the 2 hours I called and they stated they were on the way. She then called me 30 minutes or so later and stated that delivery man could not find my apartment, I repeated the address, and she asked if I could check my hallway, nobody was there I told her I would go outside to check, she advised me to look out for a [redacted] truck, when I got outside I saw a [redacted] truck parked two block north in front of [redacted] Which is a narrow building with no Elevator, I walked over to them, Delivery man stated he was given the wrong address, I advised him of address, I walked back to my building and decided to go to atm while I waited to get some cash to tip him, why I got to my apartment delivery man already left, he was let in by my father, As I begin to unwrap the table I find in all 4 corner of the table scrapes and dents to it. I called furniture store and was advised to send pictures of damage via cell phone, I sent her 4 pictures of damage to cell ###-###-####. She stated she will call me back once she receives it. She never called back so after 35 minutes I called her she stated she was going to reach out to delivery to see what they can do, I told I either want new table or money back. she stated she will call me back one she gets a hold of delivery man, she never called me back so I walked over to store and she advised me once delivery man comes she will see what she can do. went home waited over hour called her she stated she can fix the table by painting over the scrapes, I advised her that I would like my money back she hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of table or refund because I purchase a table and nothing was wrong with it, once I unwrap it it had all the nicks and scrapes in all four corners, The rep refuses to replace table and refund. She even indicated it was a special order in the receipt which was untrue. I purchased the floor sample.

Review: This has became a big deal , affecting dramatically my existence [redacted] and [redacted] problem ..

Between all the phones and emails harrasment .Desired Settlement: To better solve this problem as they earlies continence ,

And to stop avoiding me for the 101, times I has stopped by they business and / or when I called them and also they supposedly financials company's.

Between this 3 , any of them are on the same page or /either since to understand the seriously about this issue ..

Affecting drastically my personal finances and my Heath .
