I've never in my life been treated so poorly by a store where I was a customer. After purchasing their overpriced furniture, we agreed on a delivery date without specifying a time. I called back to confirm a time but was not available when they wanted to come. I told them my roommate or super would happily let them in so they could proceed with the delivery. It is still not delivered two hours after I get home so I return to the store where the lady starts to yell at me before I even say hello. Apparently it is somehow my fault that they couldn't deliver my items. I return the following day to complain that the mattress they sent me is not the one agreed upon in the store and I am told that I got what I got and if I don't like it, I can sue them. Seriously, NEVER SHOP HERE.
