Review: I bought my whole house worth of furniture from this store, 2 Bedroom sets living room and dinning room. The salesperson told me I have a 3 year warranty on everything I bought and if any problems just call him. My love seat recliner broke 1 week into having the furniture. the recliner refuses to close and is stuck in the open position. I contacted the store and asked to speak to the salesperson I spoke with who sold me everything. I was informed he no longer worked there. I explained my situation to a [redacted] there who said she was going to take care of everything. She looked up my receipt and told me she would call me back. I waited almost a week with no call so I called her again she explained to me that the guy from the company who makes my loveseat is on vacation and she cant get ahold of him. I go to the store a week later and show her pictures of the loves seat as well as tell her the model number again she cant get ahold of the company. A week later I call and she puts me on the phone with [redacted] who I assume is the [redacted] of the store. He tells me if he cant get ahold of the guy he will buy a new love seat and swap them himself. that was almost a month ago every time I call he gives me an excuse about the truck broke down or the driver didn't come in today and has promised me delivery everyday for the past 2 weeks with no one showing up to deliver the product. I don't feel like they are going to give me a replacement or my money back they act like since I already paid they don't care about me because I'm not spending more money with them right now. it has been almost 4 months now since I told them my recliner has broken and they stil give me excuse instead of doing what needs to be done to replace it.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of my love seat as well as an apology for being treated like I don't matter.
