My company did install a new roof for the ***'s years ago and have had no complaints.Mrs.*** called the office on Thursday, 8-25-16, with a leak issue and an appointment was scheduled for Monday, 8-29-16. I called her on Monday afternoon and explained that I was overbooked and could not
possibly make it to Olathe. I tried on Tuesday, 8-30-16, but ran out of daylight again. When I returned to the office that evening, my secretary informed me of this Revdex.com complaint.I called Mrs*** immediately and explained that I had been overbooked and apologized. It then rained for days. I contacted Mrs*** on Thursday, 9-1-16, and asked if Saturday would be convenient for them since my work schedule was completely booked during the week x weeks due to heavy rains. She said OK and my foreman and I located the described leak, which was caused by excessive and high-velocity wind damage.After the many days of rain, my crew worked on Monday, 9-12-16, and completed the repair the next day.At the customer's request, we also sealed the area where the gazebo meets the house. We completed the repair free of charge to the ***'s and in a timely manner. Regardless, I still had to pay $in materials and labor. My secretary called Mrs*** and confirmed that the work was completed and she was satisfied. I apologize for any schedule inconvenience that this may have caused and appreciate their business.
